Pēcoperācijas perioda izvērtējums pēc radzenes transplantācijas vispārējā anestēzijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pēcoperācijas perioda izvērtējums pēc radzenes transplantācijas vispārējā anestēzijā”. Darba tēmas aktualitāte ir tajā, ka radzenes transplantācijas operācijas visā pasaulē un Latvijā tiek veiktas arvien vairāk, tāpēc ir būtiski novērtēt pēcoperācijas periodu pēc šīm operācijām, lai izvērtēt aprūpes procesu, pacientu sūdzības un dokumentācijas kvalitāti un nepieciešamības gadījumā veikt uzlabojums. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt pēcoperācijas periodu pacientam pēc radzenes transplantācijas operācijas vispārējā anestēzijā. Bakalaura darba mērķa saniegšanai autore izvirzija sekojošus darba uzdevumus - apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par radzenes transplantāciju un pacientu aprūpi pēcoperācijas periodā; analizēt V.Hendersones māszinību teoriju saistībā ar pacienta pamatvajadzību nodrošināšanu pēcoperācijas periodā; izstrādāt datu ieguvei nepieciešamo pētniecības instrumentus, veikt pētījumu, apkopot iegūtos rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt ieteikumus. Pētījums tika veikts pēc kvalitatīvās metodes. Pētījuma laikā tika veikta intervija ar medicīnas māsu, kas strādā ar pacientiem pēc radzenes transplantācijas vispārējā anestēzijā, un dakumentu analīze kurā tika analizētas 30 pacientu vēstures pēc izstrādātiem dokumentu analīzes protokolā iekļautajiem kritērijiem. Pētījums notika X stacionārā. Pētījumā iegūto datu apkopošanai tika izmantota aprakstošā metode.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Evaluation of the postoperative period after corneal transplantation under general anesthesia". The topicality of the work is that corneal transplant operations are performed more and more all over the world and in Latvia, therefore it is important to evaluate the postoperative period after these operations to evaluate the care process, patient complaints and documentation quality and make improvements if necessary. The aim of the study was to evaluate the postoperative period of a patient after corneal transplantation surgery under general anesthesia. To achieve the goal of the bachelor's thesis, the author set the following tasks - to compile and analyze the scientific literature on corneal transplantation and patient care in the postoperative period; to analyze V. Henderson's theory of nursing in connection with the provision of the patient's basic needs in the postoperative period; to develop the research tools necessary for obtaining data, to carry out research, to summarize the obtained results, to draw conclusions and develop recommendations. The study was performed according to the qualitative method. During the study, an interview was conducted with a nurse working with patients after corneal transplantation under general anesthesia, and a documentary analysis was performed in which the histories of 30 patients were analyzed according to the criteria included in the document analysis protocol. The study took place in hospital X. The descriptive method was used to collect the data obtained in the study.
