Abstract

Bakalaura darbs "Sabiedrības viedoklis par māsas prestižu ģimenes ārsta praksē". Veselības nozares reformas, pārorientējot aprūpi no stacionārās palīdzības uz ambulatoro, ir iezīmējušas nepieciešamību pārskatīt medicīnas māsas lomu gan slimnīcas vidē, gan paplašinot viņu darbības lauku primārajā aprūpē un veselības veicinašanā, kas vistiešākajā veidā ietekmē arī māsas profesijas prestiža maiņu sabiedrībā. Darba mērķis: Pētīt sabiedrības viedokli par māsas prestižu ģimenes ārsta praksē. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.Apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par māsas prestižu ģimenes ārsta praksē, esošajiem normatīvajiem dokumentiem un citu valstu pieredzi. 2.Sasaistīt Patrīcijas E. Benneres māszinību teoriju ar bakalaura darba izvirzīto tēmu. 3.Izstrādat pētījuma instrumentu - aptaujas anketa. 4.Veikt pilotpētījumu, veikt pētījumu. 5.Veikt aptaujā iegūto datu analīzi par māsas prestižu ģimenes ārsta praksē. 6.Izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze: Ambulatorās aprūpes māsas profesijas prestižu ietekmē tādi faktori kā sabiedrības stereotipi, atalgojuma līmenis un darba slodze. Pētniecības metode: Kvantitatīvā. Pētniecības instruments: Stukturēta aptaujas anketa, kas sastāv no 16 jautājumiem. Atslēgvārdi: Ambulatorās aprūpes māsa, profesijas prestižs, sabiedrības viedoklis.

Aim of the work: To study the public opinion about the prestige of a nurse in the practice of a family doctor. Research tasks: 1. To compile and analyze scientific literature on the prestige of a nurses in the practice of a family doctor, existing regulatory documents and the experience of other countries. 2. To connect Patricia E. Benner's theory of nursing with the topic of the bachelor's thesis. 3. Develop a research tool - a questionnaire. 4. Carry out a pilot stydy, do a study. 5. To analyze the data obtained in the survey on the prestige of nurses family doctor's practice 6. Draw conclusions. Hypothesis: The prestige of the outpatient nursing profession is influenced by these factory, societal stereotypes, pay levels and workload. Research method: Quantitative.
