Komunikācijas barjeras māsu praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Komunikācijas barjeras māsu praksē” Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka komunikācijas nozīme veselības aprūpē starp pacientu un māsu. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot galvenās komunikācijas barjeras māsu praksē. Pētniecības uzdevumi bija apskatīt zinātnisko literatūru un pētījumus par komunikāciju māsu praksē, analizēt Džeinas Vatsones (Jane Watson) Aprūpes teoriju saistībā ar komunikācijas barjerām māsas praksē, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu, veikt pētījumu, analizēt pētījuma rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze: Vides barjeras ir biežākās komunikācijas barjeras māsu praksē. Pētījumā izmantotā pētniecības metode – kvantitatīvā, instruments – aptaujas anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti ir: 1. biežākās komunikācijas barjeras māsu praksē ir personāla pārslodze un laika trūkums; 2. bakalaura darba pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinājās. Bakalaura darbs izpildīts uz 40 lapām. Darbā ir 25 attēli un 4 pielikumi. Darbā izmantoti 36 informācijas avoti (latviešu un angļu valodā). The topic of my Bachelor’s thesis is “The communication barriers at nurses’practical life”. The actuality of the topic is due to the importance of communication in health care between patient and nurse. The target of the job is to find out the main communication barriers at nurses’ practice. The tasks of my research were to analyze professional literature and made research about communication at nurses’ practice, to analyze “Theory of Human Caring” by Jane Watson due the communication barriers at nurses’ practice, to develop the instrument of this research, to do the research, to analyze the results of made research and to gain conclusions from them. The hypothesis of my job is that environmental barriers are the most often barriers at nurses’ practice; The used research method is quantities’ method, the instrument – questionnaire. The results of the research are: 1.The overload and lack of time are the most often communication barriers at nurses’ practice. 2.The hypothesis of this bachelor job was confirmed. The bachelor job is written on 40 pages. There are 25 tables and 4 attachments. There are used 36 information resources (in Latvian and English).
