Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu aprūpe pēc perifēro artēriju slimības”. Pētījuma problēma ir aktuāla, jo sirds – asinsvadu un asinsrites sistēmas slimības ir galvenais invaliditātes un priekšlaicīgas nāves cēlonis ekonomiski attīstītajās valstīs. Šo slimību medicīniskā un sociālā nozīme katru dienu palielinās, jo tās turpina attīstīties un izplatīties arvien vairāk, un tās ietekmē cilvēkus arvien jaunākā vecumā. Viena no šīm slimībām ir perifēro artēriju slimība, kuras cēlonis ir ateroskleroze 80–90% gadījumos, un kura ļoti bieži netiek diagnosticēta vai tiek diagnosticēta novēloti. Perifēro artēriju slimība ievērojami samazina cilvēka dzīves kvalitāti un var izraisīt dzīvībai bīstamas komplikācijas. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot pacienta aprūpi pēc perifēro artēriju slimības. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi tika izvirzīti sekojošie pētījuma uzdevumi: analizēt literatūras avotus par pacientu aprūpi pēc perifēro artēriju slimības, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – intervijas jautājumus, veikt intervēšanu, apkopot iegūtos rezultātus, veikt iegūto datu analīzi, izvirzīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir pacientu aprūpe pēc perifēro artēriju slimības? Pētījuma metode: kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētījuma instruments: intervijas jautājumi. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka ka bakalaura darba mērķis - noskaidrot pacientu aprūpi pēc perifēro artēriju slimības ir sasniegts, pētījuma uzdevumi ir izpildīti un atbilde uz pētījuma jautājumu ir saņemta. Bakalaura darba izstrādāšanai tika izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti.

Theme of Bachelor's Thesis: “Patient care after peripheral artery disease” The problem of the research is topical, because diseases of the cardiovascular system are the main cause of disability and premature death in economically developed countries. The medical and social significance of these diseases is increasing day by day as they continue to develop and spread, and they affect people at an increasingly young age. One of these diseases is peripheral arterial disease, which is caused by atherosclerosis in 80-90% of cases and is very often undiagnosed or diagnosed late. Peripheral artery disease significantly reduces a person's quality of life and can lead to life-threatening complications. The aim of the study is to find out the patient's care after peripheral artery disease. In order to achieve the research goals, the following research tasks were set: to analyze literature sources on patient care after peripheral artery disease, to develop a research tool - interview questions, to conduct interviews, to summarize the obtained results, to analyze the obtained data, to draw conclusions. Research question: What is the care of patients after peripheral arterial disease? Research method: qualitative research method. Research tool: interview questions. The results of the research show that the goal of the bachelor's thesis - to find out the care of patients after peripheral artery disease has been achieved, the research tasks have been fulfilled and the answer to the research question has been received. 30 literature sources were used for the development of the bachelor's thesis.
