PSRS un Trešā reiha totalitāro režīmu simbolikas izmantošanas regulējums Latvijas Republikā

Abstract

Šajā bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts PSRS un nacistiskās Vācijas totalitāro režīmu simbolikas izmantošanas regulējums Latvijas Republikā. Darba teorētisko daļu veido dažādu autoru darbi par politisko simbolu nozīmēm politiskajā režīmā, kā arī par simbolu nozīmi organizāciju teorijā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kā veidojies normatīvais regulējums, kas regulē PSRS un nacistiskās Vācijas totalitāro režīmu simbolu izmantošanu. Lai to darītu, tiks pētīti normatīvie akti, kas sevī ietver totalitāro režīmu simbolikas izmantošanas regulējumu, kā arī šo normatīvo aktu pieņemšanas process.

This bachelor thesis analyzes the regulation of usage of USSR and Nazi Germany totalitarian regime symbols in Republic of Latvia. The theoretical basis of this thesis consists of different authors’ works about the meaning of political symbols in political regime as well as the meaning of symbols in organizational theory. The objective is to examine how regulatory framework, which regulates the usage of USSR and Nazi Germany totalitarian regime symbols, was formed. To do that, regulatory framework will be examined, as well as the procedure how these laws were accepted.
