Jaunu latviešu sieviešu emigrācijas motivācija
Abstract
Bakalaura darbs: Jaunu latviešu sieviešu emigrācijas motivācija. Darbā analizēti jaunu latviešu sieviešu emigrācijas iemesli, un faktori, kas rada motivāciju emigrēt E.Ravenšteina un Š.Švarca socioloģijas teoriju kontekstā. Darba mērķis - noskaidrot jaunu latviešu sieviešu emigrācijas motivāciju. Pētījuma ietvaros tika izveidota izlase ar 13 respondentiem, sievietēm, kuras dzīvo emigrācijā, un kuras emigrējušas 18-35 gadu vecumā. Pētījumā izmantota metode: daļēji strukturēta intervija. Datu analīzei izmantotas datu kvalitatīvās analīzes metodes. Galvenie rezultāti parāda, ka jaunu sieviešu emigrācijas motivācijā dominē ekonomiski faktori, mītnes valstī izjusta lielāka drošība, Latvijā valdošie uzskati no konservatīvas sabiedrības puses. Pētāmā grupā pastāv relatīvs konflikts starp kultūras un ekonomiskām vajadzībām. Autora secinājumus iespējams izmantot diasporas politikas veidotājiem, īstenotājiem, pētniekiem un socioloģijas studentiem. Thesis: Motivation of young Latvian women to emigrate. The thesis analyzes the reasons for the emigration of young Latvian women and the factors that create motivation to emigrate, in the context of E.Ravenstein and S. Schwarz's sociological theories. The aim of the work is to find out the motivation of young Latvian women to emigrate. Within the framework of the research, a selection of 13 respondents was created, women who live in emigration and who have emigrated at the age of 18-35. Method used in the study: semi-structured interview. Qualitative data analysis methods were used for data analysis. The main results show that the motivation for emigration of young Latvian women is dominated by economic factors, greater security was felt in the host country, and the prevailing views in Latvia on the part of the conservative society. There is a relative conflict between cultural and economic needs in the study group. The author's conclusions can be used by diaspora policy makers, implementers, researchers and sociology students.
