Shēmu stāvokļu saistība ar psihoaktīvo vielu lietošanu nepilngadīgiem jauniešiem

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai un kādas ir saistības starp shēmu režīmu izteiktību un psihoaktīvo vielu (PAV) lietošanu nepilngadīgo jauniešu vidu. Pētījuma izlasi veido 65 skolēni vecumā no 11 līdz 18 gadiem (SD=2,1 gadi), 18 bija zēni (28%) un 47(72%)–meitenes. Pētījumā tika izmantota Shēmu režīmu aptauja (SSA), Alkohola lietošanas traucējumu identifikācijas tests (AUDIT) un Narkotiku skrīninga aptauja (DAST-10). Pētījuma rezultāti norāda, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas saistības starp PAV lietošanu un shēmu režīmiem. Pētījuma izlasē alkohola lietošana korelē ar Ievainotā, Dusmīgā, Saniknotā, Impulsīvā un Nedisciplinētā bērna režīmiem, Sodošā vecāka režīmu un Uzbrukšanas režīmu. Savukārt, narkotiku lietošana korelēja ar Impulsīvā bērna režīmu.

The study aims to investigate possible links between maladaptive schema modes and the use of psychoactive substances among minors and determine their type. The sample consists of 65 students, aged 11 to 18 years (SD = 2.1 years), 18 were boys (28%) and 47 (72%) were girls. The study used the Schema Modes Questionnaire (SSA), Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) and the Drug Abuse Screening Test (DAST-10). The results of the study indicate that there is a statistically significant relationship between the use of psychoactive substances and the maladaptive schema modes. In the study sample, alcohol use correlated with Injured Child mode, Angry Child mode, Angry Child mode, Impulsive Child mode, and Undisciplined Child mode, Punishing Parent mode, and Bully and attack mode. Recurrent drug use correlated with the Impulsive Child mode.
