Abstract

Maģistra darbs ir veltīts mūsdienās aktuālai eksporta un investīciju informācijas sistēmas izstrādes tēmai. Darba mērķis ir izstrādāt Eksporta un investīciju informācijas sistēmas projekta organizācijas un izstrādes pieeju, balstoties uz informācijas sistēmu projektēšanas izstrādes pieeju analīzes rezultātiem un izveidot sistēmas arhitektūras prototipu, kas atbilst Latvijas Eksporta un investīciju aģentūras izsludinātajā iepirkumā izvirzītājām funcionālajām prasībām. Maģistra darbā tiek veikta esošās situācijas analīze attiecībā uz Eksporta un investīciju informācijas sistēmu, izvērtēta tās nepieciešamība, izpētītas vadības informācijas sistēmu dzīves cikla fāzes, kā arī veikta salīdzinoša analīze informācijas sistēmu izstrādes pieejai un modeļiem. Tiek izvēlēts piemērotākais programmatūras izstrādes modelis Eksporta un investīciju sistēmai. Balstoties uz informācijas sistēmu izstrādes pieeju salīdzinošās analīzes rezultātiem, maģistra darbā tiek piedāvāta eksporta un investīciju sistēmas izveides pieeja par pamatu ņemot Dinamiskās sistēmas izstrādes un Scrum metodoloģijas, kā arī ir izstrādāts sistēmas arhitektūras prototips. Maģistra darba struktūra sastāv no ievada, 5 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Maģistra darbs satur 95 lpp. teksta, 11 attēlus, 7 tabulas un 57 nosaukumu avotus.

The master's thesis is devoted to the current topic of export and investment information system development. The object of the thesis is to develop an Export and Investment Information System project organization and development approach based on the results of the analysis of information system design development approach and to create a system architecture that meets the functional requirements of the procurement. The Master's thesis analyzes the current situation regarding the Export and Investment Information System, assesses its necessity, explores the life cycle phases of the management information systems, as well as performs a comparative analysis of the information system development models and models. The most appropriate software development model for the Export and Investment system is selected. Based on the results of the comparative analysis of information systems development approaches, the master thesis proposes an export and investment system development approach based on the Dynamic system development methodology and Scrum methodology. The structure of the master's thesis are introduction, 5 chapters, conclusions and proposals. Master thesis contains 95 pages of text, 11 images, 7 tables and 57 titles.
