Pasākumu organizēšanas platformas izveide

Abstract

Maģistra darba “ Pasākumu organizēšanas platformas izveide” mērķis ir radīt platformu, ar kurā iestrādāto rīku un ievietotās informācijas palīdzību jebkurš tās lietotājs pats spētu realizēt dažāda veida pasākumus no sākuma līdz beigu posmam. Izpētes daļā tika veikta pieejamo platformu un risinājumu izpēte un analīze, veikta aptauja, lai noteiktu sabiedrībai nozīmīgākos rīkus, informāciju un funkcionalitāti, ko jāietver platformā, noteikta pamatproblēma – šobrīd Latvijā pastāv pasākumu plānošanas un organizēšanas rīku un informācijas nodrošinājumu trūkums. Lai atrisinātu šo problēmu, autore piedāvāja izveidot pasākumu plānošanas un organizēšanas tiešsaistes platformu. Risinājums tiks izveidots projekta veidā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 82 lapām, tas sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 24 attēliem, 12 tabulām, 36 pielikumiem.

The aim of the master's thesis “Development of an event planning platform” is to create a platform which would include tools and information as well as have the functionality, to help every platform user create their own event from the beginning till the final stage. In the research part, research and analysis of available platforms and solutions was made, a survey was conducted to determine the most important tools, information and functionality that has to be included in the online platform by potential user opinion, a basic problem was identified - currently there is a lack of event planning and organization tools and information provision in Latvia. To solve this problem, the author proposed to develop an online platform for planning and organizing events. The solution will be created in the form of a project. The master's thesis is 82 pages long, it consists of 3 chapters, 24 figures, 12 tables, 36 appendixes.
