Latvijas valsts fondēto pensiju shēmas attīstība

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ‘’Latvijas valsts fondēto pensiju shēmas attīstība’’. Pētījuma mērķis ir uz valsts fondēto pensiju shēmas darbības izpētes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās snieguma palielināšanai. Darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām, pirmajā tiek raksturots Latvijas pensiju sistēmas modelis, tā ieviešanas pamatojumi, katra līmeņa būtība un īpatnības, valsts fondētās pensiju shēmas darbības pamatprincipi un loma trīs līmeņu sistēmā. Otrajā nodaļa tiek apkopots un analizēts 2.līmeņa normatīvais regulējums un tā attīstība. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēti un interpretēti VFPS kvantitatīvie rādītāji. Pētījuma rezultāti tiek apkopoti secinājumos par VFPS attīstību un tās problēmām. Darba nobeiguma tiek sniegti Latvijas likumdevējiem adresēti priekšlikumi pensiju sistēmas otrā līmeņa attīstības veicināšanai

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is "Development of Latvian state funded pension scheme". The aim of the study is to develop proposals for increasing its performance on the basis of a study of the operation of the state funded pension scheme. The work consists of three chapters, the first describes the model of the Latvian pension system, the rationale for its implementation, the nature and peculiarities of each level, the basic principles of operation of the state-funded pension scheme and its role in the three-tier system. The second chapter summarizes and analyzes the 2nd level regulatory framework and its development. In the third chapter the quantitative indicators of VFPS are analyzed and interpreted. The results of the study are summarized in the conclusions about the development of VFPS and its problems. At the end of the work proposals addressed to the Latvian legislators for the promotion of the second level development of the pension system are provided.
