Zobārstniecību izaugsmes iespējas Latvijā.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Zobārstniecības iestādes pakalpojumu efektivitātes pilnveidošanas iespējas”. Darba mērķis ir izveidot piemērotu risinājumu, pakalpojumu sniegšanas efektivitātes uzlabošanai zobārstniecību privātpraksēs, izstrādāt risinājumu, kā varētu veicināt veiksmīgu darbības uzsākšanu. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika veikts vispārējs teorijas apkopojums par zobārstniecības nozares pakalpojumiem, to pieejamību un nepieciešamību. Veikts novērtējums par ambulatoro pacienta medicīnisko kartiņu sistēmu šobrīd. Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts trīs nodaļās. Pirmajā nodaļā ir analizēts efektivitātes jēdziens un tā būtība. Otrajā nodaļā ir raksturota nozare un pieejamo pakalpojumu daudzveidība kopējā skatījumā Latvijā, kā arī raksturotas pētāmās zobārstniecības privātprakses. Nodaļas nobeigumā raksturota šī brīža sistēma- ar roku rakstīta ambulatorā pacienta medicīniskā kartiņa. Trešajā nodaļā tika apkopoti un izanalizēti visi dati no iegūtās intervijas un veiktās aptaujas, un izstrādāts risinājums elektroniskai sistēmas ieviešanai. Darba nobeigumā izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi zobārstniecības nozares turpmākai elektroniskās sistēmas attīstībai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 73 lappusēm, kurās ir 23 attēli, 4 tabulas un 8 pielikumi, izmantotajā literatūras sarakstā ir 37 nosaukumi. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Opportunities to improve the efficiency of dental institution services". The work aims to create a suitable solution to improve the efficiency of the service in private dental practices, to develop a solution that could contribute to a successful start-up. To achieve the goal, a general theoretic summary of the services of the dental industry, their availability and necessity, was made, as well as an evaluation of the current outpatient medical card system. The thesis is organized into three chapters. The first chapter analyzes the concept of efficiency and its essence. The second chapter describes the industry and the variety of available services in Latvia, as well as describes the private dental practices under study. At the end of the chapter, the current system is described - a handwritten outpatient medical card. In the third chapter, all the data from the interview and the survey were collected and analyzed, and a solution for the electronic implementation of the system was developed. At the end of the work conclusions and proposals for further development of the electronic system in the dental industry are offered. The bachelor's thesis consists of 73 pages with 23 images, 4 tables, and 8 appendices. The bibliography contains 37 titles.
