Nereģistrētās nodarbinātības problēmas un risinājumi Latvijā

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz nereģistrētās nodarbinātības veicinošo aspektu izpēti Latvijas darba tirgū, izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās samazināšanai. Nereģistrētā nodarbinātība ir aktuāla problēma ikvienā pasaules valstī. Tā negatīvi ietekmē nodokļu iekasēšanu, kā arī veicina nevienlīdzīgu konkurenci. Kopumā tā atstāj negatīvas sekas, kā uz ekonomikas, tā labklājības līmeni valstī. Veicot ekspertu intervijas, tika noskaidrots, ka būtiski sabiedrības ietekmējošie faktori ir nereģistrētā nodarbinātība kā kultūras sastāvdaļa, augsts nodokļu slogs un neuzticēšanās valsts sociālo maksājumu sistēmai. Turklāt veicot Latvijas iedzīvotāju aptauju, kā būtisks iemesls, tika minēts pārāk augsts nodokļu slogs.

The aim of the thesis is based on the research of the unregistered employment reasons in the labour market of Latvia, to carry out the proposals to reduce them. Unregistered employment is a current issue in every country of the world. It has a negative effect on tax collection and promotes an unequal competition. In general, it has negative consequences for both the economy and the level of prosperity in the country. During the expert interview, there was found that a significant factor influencing society is unregistered employment as a part of culture, high tax burden and distrust in the system of the state social payment. In addition, during the survey of the residents in Latvia, too high tax burden was mentioned as an important reason.
