Frīlanceru biznesa modeļa novērtējums Latvijā.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir ”Frīlanceru biznesa modeļa novērtējums Latvijā”. Frīlancings, kā uzņēmējdarbības veids kļūst arvien populārāks pasaulē un strauji attīstīstās arī Latvijā, taču no valsts puses tam netiek sniegts pietiekams atbalsts, lai veicinātu šī nodarbinātības veida attīstību. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz ārvalstu un Latvijas frīlanceru biznesa modeļa pieredzes analīzi, novērtēt frīlanceru nodarbinātības veida attīstību Latvijā. Maģistra darba rezultāts ir autora sniegtie priekšlikumi, lai frīlanceru biznesa modelis būtu dzīvotspejīgs Latvijā. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 81 lpp, tajā iekļauti 25 attēli, 21 tabulas un 1 pielikums.

Master's Paper theme is “Evaluation of freelancer business model in Latvia". Freelance as a type of business is becoming more popular in the world and also is developing fast in Latvia, but there is not enogh support provided on country level. The aim of the Master's Paper is to, based on experience of foreign and Latvian freelance business model, evaluate development of freelance business model in Latvia. The result of the Master's Paper is the proposals provided by the author, so that a business model of freelancers would be viable in Latvia. The volume of the Master's Paper includes 81 pages, 25 images, 21 tables and 1 appendice.
