Mūsdienu komplicētajā sabiedriskajā un sociālajā dzīvē ļoti nozīmīga īpašība ir spēja jēgpilni un atbildīgi pieņemt juridiski izsvērtus, pamatotus un racionālus lēmumus. Lai to veicinātu, jau vismaz kopš 2012.gada Latvijā ik pa laikam aktuāla kļūst normatīvisma mazināšana. Aktuāli tas ir arī šobrīd, tostarp, ES Fondu jomā. Nacionālās iniciatīvas normatīvisma mazināšanā dažkārt apiet jomas, kuras skar ES prasību izpilde. Prakse parāda, ka arī šajā jomā vērojamas formālisma un pārregulācijas tendences, kuru ierobežošana ir būtiska, lai nodrošinātu efektīvu un lietderīgu ES Fondu pārvaldības procesu. Normatīvisms darbā aplūkots kā negatīvs pozitīvo tiesību skolas izpausmes veids. In today's complex social life in society a very important characteristic is the ability to make legally sound, responsible and rational decisions. In order to promote this, the reduction of normativeism has become apparent from time to time in Latvia at least since 2012. This is also the case at the moment, including the field of EU Funds. National initiatives to reduce normative regulation sometimes circumvent areas affected by compliance with EU requirements. Practice shows that there are also trends of formalism and re-regulation in this area, the curbing of which is important to ensure an efficient and effective management process of EU funds. Normativeism at work is considered as a negative form of positive law school expression.
