Nesteroīdo pretiekaisuma līdzekļu aprite aptiekā

Abstract

Nesteroīdie pretiekaisuma līdzekļi (NPL) ir vispieprasītākā medikamentu grupa pasaulē. Galvenie iemesli NPL lietošanai ir sāpes, iekaisums un drudzis. Darba mērķis bija salīdzināt NPL pieprasījumu par 2017., 2018. un 2019. gadu, kā arī noskaidrot, kādas ir biežākās blakusparādības, ar kurām šo medikamentu lietošanas laikā sastopas respondenti. Darba uzdevumi bija izanalizēt NPL apgrozījumu vienā no SIA “Euro aptieka” tīkla aptiekām, kura atrodas Rīgā, Ziepniekkalna rajonā par 2017., 2018. un 2019. gadu, noskaidrot, kuri NPL medikamenti ir vispieprasītākie, noskaidrot, kādas ir visbiežākās blakusparādības respondentiem, noskaidrot, kādas sāpes biežāk piemeklē respondentus. Iegūtie dati liecina, ka vispieprasītakie medikamenti pēc aprites rezultātiem ir Ibumetin 400 mg N10 un Paracetamol Actavis 500 mg N20. Pēc anketēšanas datiem respondenti sāpju gadījumā izvēlas ibuprofēnu un paracetamolu. Autore noskaidroja, ka visbiežākās blakusparādības pēc NPL lietošanas ir kuņģa sāpes, kā arī visbiežākās sāpes, kuras ir respondentiem, ir galvassāpes un menstruāciju sāpes.

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are the most demanded group of drugs in the world. The main reasons for using NSAIDs are pain, inflammation and fever. The aim of this work is to compare the demand for NSAIDs in SIA “Euro drugstore” starting from 2017, 2018 and 2019, as well as to find out what are the most common side effects that respondents experience while taking medicine. The tasks of this study is to analyze NSAIDs turnover in the one of the pharmacies of SIA “Euro drugstore” network starting from 2017, 2018 and 2019, to find out which NSAIDs are the most in demand, to find out what are the most common side effects that the respondents get from using NSAIDs, to find out what pain bothers the respondents the most. The data shows, that Ibumetin 400 mg N10 and Paracetamol Actavis 500 mg N20 are the most in demand, as seen by results of turnover. According to the survey data, the respondents choose ibuprofen and paracetamol for pain most often. Author found out that the most common side effects after using NSAIDs are stomach pain, as well as the most common pain that afflicts respondents are headache and menstrual pain.
