Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma '' Dzīves kvalitāte pacientiem pirms gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanas''. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka ik gadu pieaug rindā stāvošo cilvēku skaits, kam nepieciešama gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšana. Šis augošais skaitlis parāda to, ka problēma ir aktuāla gan jaunu pacientu, gan gados vecāku cilvēku grupā. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot pacientu dzīves kvalitāti pirms gūžās locītavas endoprotezēšanas. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir dzīves kvalitāte pacientiem pirms gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanas? Pētījuma metode: Kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode, pētījuma instruments - intervijas jautājumi. Pētījums tika veikts X slimnīcā, tajā piedalījās 20 pacienti pirms plānveida gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanas, kuri tika sadalīti divās grupās. Pirmā grupa, 10 pacienti - ārpus rindas (paātrinātā) endoprotezēšana, kas atbilst kritērijam ”pacienti pensijas vecumā vai ar invaliditāti“ pēc klasifikācijas koda 40. grupa. Otra grupa - 10 pacienti, kas atbilst kritērijam “ilgstoši slimojoša persona darbspējīgā vecumā, kas saņem veselības aprūpes pakalpojumus ar mērķi novērst invaliditātes iestāšanos vai tās progresēšanu”, pēc klasifikācijas koda 98. grupa. Darba pirmajā daļā tiek apkopota literatūras par K. Rojas adaptācijas teoriju un tās pielietojumu bakalaura darbā. Otrajā daļā tiek apkopta literatūra par dzīves kvalitāti. Trešajā daļa tiek apkopota literatūra par gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanu. Ceturtajā daļā tiek analizēti intervijās iegūtie dati no respondentiem. Pēc pētījuma rezultātu apkopošanas, tiek izdarīti secinājumi, kas atklāj pacienta dzīves kvalitātes novērtējumu. Darbs sastāv no 43 lappusēm, 4 nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām, 13 tabulām,1 attēlu, 4 pielikumiem un 29 literatūras avotiem. Atslēgas vārdi: gūžas locītava, endoprotezēšana, dzīves kvalitāte.

He topics are highlighted by the fact that every year the number of people in line needing the hip replacent is increasing, his growing number shows that the problem is ongoing in both young patients and older patients. Objective of work : Find out the quality of life of patients before endoprotesations of he hip joint. Question of study : What is the quality of life for patients before endoprotesations of he hip joint? Study method: Quality study method, study tool- inetrview. The study was carried out at X hospital, invilving 20 patients prior to elective hip endoprotesations, which were divided into two groups of 10 patients – out of line (accelerated) endoprotesations that meet the criterion of „ patients withretirement age of diability” – by classification code, group 40. The second group: 10 patients who meet criterion „Long- term skating person of working age who receives heatlh services for the purpose of preventing the onset or progression of diability: , according to the classification code, group 98. The first part of work summarises the litarature on K. Roy` s adaption theory and it`s use in bachelor` s work. The second partshows the literature on quality of life. Part three summarises the litarature on hip jpint endoprotesations. In the fourth part, the data from interviews with respondents is analysed. After summarizing the results of the study, conclusions are draw that reveal the assessment of quality of life for the patient.
