Māsas pieredze aprūpējot pacientus ar zarnu stomām stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Māsas pieredze aprūpējot pacientus ar zarnu stomām stacionārā”. Tās mērķis bija noskaidrot māsas pieredzi aprūpējot pacientus ar zarnu stomām stacionārā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām un 5 apakšnodaļām. Darbā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode - aptaujas anketa. Izvirzīta hipotēze: māsas pieredze aprūpējot pacientus ar zarnu stomām ir nepilnīgas. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir izpētīt un analizēt literatūru par māsas pieredzi pacientu aprūpē ar zarnu stomām, veikt Dorotejas Oremas pašaprūpes teorijas analīzi, izveidot aptaujas anketu, analizēt un apkopot iegūtos datus, veikt secinājumus. Bakalaura darba izveidē tiek izmantoti 12 literatūras avoti. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 24 lapaspuses bez pielikumiem. Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus var spriest, ka stomas atveres izveide mūsdienās ir aktuāla problēma, kas būtiski ietekmē ne tikai pašu pacientu, tuviniekus, bet arī apkārtējus cilvēkus. Veicot aprūpi, māsa tajā iesaista gan pacientu, gan viņa ģimeni. Galvenais mērķis ir palīdzēt pacientam un viņa piederīgajam pielāgoties jaunajai situācijai, iegūt jaunas zināšanas un prasmes. Iegūtie rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka aprūpes māsas spēj aprūpēt un izglītot pacientus ar zarnu stomām, bet, spriežot pēc godīgām atbildēm uz jautājumiem, var redzēt, ka ne katrai māsai ir pieredze un tāpēc būtu nepieciešama teorētiska un praktiska apmācība.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is "Nursing experience in caring for patients with intestinal stoma in a hospital". The aim was to find out the nurse's experience in caring for patients with intestinal stoma. The work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters and 5 subsections. The method of quantitative research is used in the work - questionnaire. Hypothesis put forward: The nurse's experience in caring for patients with intestinal stoma is incomplete. The tasks of the research are to study and analyze the literature on the nurse's experience in the care of patients with intestinal stoma, to analyze Dorothy Orema's theory of self-care, to create a questionnaire, to analyze and summarize the obtained data, to draw conclusions. 12 sources are used in the development of the bachelor's thesis. The volume of the bachelor's thesis is 24 pages without appendices. Summarizing the results of the research, it can be concluded that the creation of an ostomy opening is a topical problem nowadays, which significantly affects not only the patients themselves, relatives, but also the people around them. In providing care, the nurse involves both the patient and his or her family. The main goal is to help the patient and their relatives to adapt to the new situation, acquire new knowledge and skills. The obtained results allow to conclude that nurses are able to care for and educate patients with intestinal stoma, but judging by the honest answers to the questions, it can be seen that not every nurse has experience and therefore theoretical and practical training would be needed.
