Abstract

Mūsdienu tirgus ekonomikas pasaulē visās sfērās, tai skaitā arī veselības aprūpes sfērā medicīnas darbiniekiem ir svarīga motivācija un ieinteresētība veicamajā darbā. Darba nosakums ir “Medicīnas māsas motivāciju ietekmejošie faktori strādājot bērnu aprūpes specialitātē’. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot māsu motivējošos faktorus strādājot bērnu aprūpes specialitātē. Darba aktualitāte balstīta uz to, ka māsu skaits ik gadus samazinās, ir svarīgi aktualizēt māsu motivējošos faktorus izvēlēties darba vietu valsts finansētajā veselības aprūpes jomā. Šajā darbā apkopotos datus būtu lietderīgi izmantot bērnu veselības un sociālās aprūpes iestāžu vadībai, kā pamatu darbinieku motivācijai, jo ik gadus šajās sfērās kritiski trūkst medicīnas personāls, tai skaitā medicīnas māsas. Pētījumā tiek izmantota kvantitatīva metode, pētījuma instruments – anketa. Pamatojoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, pētījuma gaitā izvirzītā hipotēze - bērnu aprūpes māsu darba motivāciju ietekmējošie faktori ir vairāk saistīti ar māsu morālo apmierinātību par sniegto aprūpi nekā ar finansiāliem faktoriem.

The subject of the work is the motivation of the nurse to work in the field of child care. The relevance of the topic is based on the fact that the number of nurses is reduced annually, it is important to update the motivating factors in government institutions related to medical care for children. The purpose of the study is to find out motivating factors for a nurse working in the field of child care. Hypothesis - motivating factors affecting nurses caring for children are more associated with moral satisfaction from work than with financial factors. Research method - quantitative (questionnaire) Having processed the research data and based on the goals set to find out what are the main factors in choosing this specialization and the desire to continue working in this field, we can conclude that children's nurses choosing this profession are motivated primarily by their desire and internal sense of satisfaction from working with this particular group of patients, and not by financial or social factors。
