Rīcībpolitikas analīze par Ceļu satiksmes drošības uzlabošanu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Rīcībpolitikas analīze par ceļu satiksmes drošības uzlabošanu”, un tajā tiek aplūkota ceļu satiksmes drošības plāna 2014. – 2015. gadam ietvaros īstenotā rīcībpoltika. Pētījumā ietverta teorija par rīcībpolitikas procesu, aplūkotas ieviešanas teorijas, teorija par rīcībpolitikas analīzi un rīcībpolitikas programmu novērtēšanu. Empīriskajā daļā ar empīrisko datu palīdzību konstatēts, vai rīcībpolitikas ietvaros īstenotie pasākumi sniedz būtiskus uzlabojumus ceļu drošības situācijā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai ceļu satiksmes drošības plāna 2014. – 2016. gadam ietvaros ieviestā rīcībpolitika būtiski ietekmē bojā gājušo skaita samazinājumu. Izvirzītā hipotēze „ceļu satiksmes drošības plāna 2014. – 2016. gadam ietvaros ieviestā rīcībpolitika būtiski ietekmē bojā gājušo skaita samazinājumu” apstiprinājās.

The title of the bachelor thesis is „Policy analysis on improving road safety”, and in the paper author analyzes the policy implemented within the framework of the road traffic safety plan for 2014 – 2016. The study covers theory of policy process, considers implementation theories, theory about policy analysis and evaluation of policy programs. In the empirical part of research, the author identifies whether the measures implemented within the framework of the policy provide significant improvements in the road safety situation. The aim of the work is to find out whether the policy implemented within the framework of the road safety plan 2014 – 2016 has a significant impact on the reduction of the number of fatalities. The hypothesis „The policy implemented within the framwork of the road traffic safety plan for 2014 – 2016 has a significant impact on the reduction of the number of fatalities was confirmed.
