Jauno speciālistu atgriešanās motivācija: Kandavas novada gadījuma izpēte

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Jauno speciālistu atgriešanās motivācija: Kandavas novada gadījuma izpēte”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi ir Kandavas novada jauno speciālistu atgriešanās motivācijas faktori. Par darba teorētisko ietvaru izvēlēta amerikāņu politologa Roberta Patnema sociālā kapitāla teorija un atgrūšanas-pievilkšanas teorija. Lai noskaidrotu jauno speciālistu atgriešanās motivāciju tika veiktas 10 daļēji strukturētās intervijas. Pētījuma galvenais secinājums ir, ka jauno speciālistu atgriešanās motivācija ir saistīta ar sociālo kapitālu, ekonomikas un vides faktoru. Jaunos speciālistus motivēja atgriezties arī piederības sajūta.

The title of the bachelor's thesis is "Motivation for new specialists to return: Kandavas municipality case study”. The aim of the work is to find out what are the motivation factors for the return of young specialists from Kandava’s municipality. Political scientist Robert Patnem's theory of social capital and the push-pull theory have been chosen as the theoretical framework of the work. In order to find out the motivation for the return of the young specialists, 10 semi-structured interviews were conducted. The main conclusion of the study is that the motivation for the return of young specialists is related to social capital, economic and environmental factors. The new specialists were also motivated to return by a sense of belonging.
