Pašrealizācijas skalas adaptācija un aprobācija: Latvijas gadījums

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pašrealizācijas skalas adaptācija un aprobācija: Latvijas gadījums”. Darba mērķis ir Eiropas Sociālā pētījuma pašrealizācijas jautājumu kopas adaptācija un aprobācija Latvijas gadījumam. Darbs sastāv no divām teorētiskajām nodaļām, divām apakšnodaļām, pētījuma metodoloģijas apraksta nodaļas, iegūto empīrisko datu analīzes nodaļas un iegūtajiem secinājumiem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika apskatīta vērtību izpēte un mērīšana socioloģijā, veikts pašrealizācijas raksturojums, iekļaujot pašrealizācijas skaidrojošo teoriju apskatu un iepriekš veiktos pētījumus. Pētījums ir kvantitatīvs, dalībnieku rekrutācija notika ar elektronisko aptaujas anketu. Pēc iegūtajiem rezultātiem tika secināts, ka Šaloma Švarca un Elīnas Briedes konstruētajām pašrealizācijas jautājumu skalām pastāv vidēji pozitīva savstarpējā saistība. Interpretējot iegūto informāciju, autore secina, ka tiem respondentiem, kuru vidējās aprēķinātās vērtības Elīnas Briedes pašrealizācijas skalā būs pozitīvākas, arī Šaloma Švarca pašrealizācijas skalā vidējās aprēķinātās vērtības būs pozitīvākas. Citiem vārdiem, tie respondenti, kuri pozitīvāk atbild uz Šaloma Švarca pašrealizācijas skalu, sniegs pozitīvākus vērtējumus arī aizpildot Elīnas Briedes pašrealizācijas skalas jautājumus. Darbā izvirzītais mērķis – Eiropas Sociālā pētījuma pašrealizācijas jautājumu kopas adaptācija un aprobācija Latvijas gadījumam tika sasniegts.

The topic of bachelor’s theses is “Adaption and approbation of self-realization scale: the case of Latvia”. The aim of the work is the adoption and approbation of the self-realization scale questions of European Social research for the case of Latvia. The work consists of two theoretical chapters, two sub-chapters, chapters for the description of research methodology, the analysis of the obtained empirical data and conclusions. In the theoretical part of the work, the research and measurement of values in sociology was examined, carried out a description of self-realization, including an overview of the explanation of self-realization in previous studies. The study is quantitative, the participants were recruited with an electronic questionnaire. According to the results, it was concluded that there was a slight positive interrelation between the self-realization scales designed by Shalom Schwartz and Elīna Briede. Interpreting the information obtained, the author concludes that those respondents whose average calculated values on the Elīna Briede self-realization scale will be more positive, the average calculated values on the Shalom Schwarz self-realization scale will also be more positive. In other words, those respondents who respond more positively to the Shalom Schwarz self-realization scale will also provide more positive assessments by filling in the questions of the Elīna Briede self-realization scale. The aim of the work – adoption and approbation of the self-realization scale questions of European Social research for the case of Latvia – was achieved.
