Mobings un naida runa sociālajos tīklos: lietotāju un ekspertu vērtējumi

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Mobings un naida runa sociālajos tīklos: lietotāju un ekspertu vērtējumi” mērķis ir noskaidrot cilvēku attieksmi un pieredzi saistībā ar drošību internetā, kā arī iegūt speciālistu viedokli. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīts mobinga, kibermobinga un naida runas jēdziens, izpausmes, pazīmes un lomas, kā arī pētīts mobinga psiholoģiskais pamatojums kā agresijas, naida, kauna, pazemojuma un vainas izpausmes. Raksturoti arī sociālie tīkli, to lietojums, interpersonālās un datormediētās komunikācijas salīdzinājums, kā arī identitātes un digitālās identitātes jēdzieni. Pētījumā izmantotas anketēšanas un daļēji strukturētas intervijas metodes. Pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka kibermobings un naida runa kļūst arvien aktuālāki, no kuriem nav iespējams tik vienkārši izvairīties. Sabiedrību ir nepieciešams daudz vairāk informēt, lai zinātu, kā rīkoties agresijas un naida izpausmju gadījumos sociālajos tīklos.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis “Mobbing and hate speech in social networks: evaluations by users and experts” is to find out people’s attitudes and experiences related to internet security, as well as to obtain the opinion of specialists. Theoretical part consists of information about mobbing, cybermobbing and hate speech, as well as research on psychological justifications of mobbing, which can be a manifestation of aggression, hate, shame, humiliation, and guilt. Social networks and their use is described, and comparisons of terms such as interpersonal and computer-mediated communication, as well as identity and digital identity are made. Research methods used in this paper are surveys and semi-structured interviews. Based on the results of the research, it is possible to conclude that cybermobbing and hate speech are becoming more and more urgent problem and it is not easy to avoid them. Society needs to be better informed on what to do in cases of aggression and manifestations of hate on social media.
