Zusammenfassung
Maģistra darbs veltīts dokumentu piegādes izpētei, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot situācijām, kad tiesvedības procesa dalībnieki atrodas dažādās valstīs, un dokumenti nepieciešami valstī, kurā nenotiek tiesvedības process. Darbā tiek aplūkoti un analizēti dokumentu piegādes veidi un to īpatnības. Darba izpētes gaitā autore pēta civilprocesuālās sadarbības nozīmi dokumentu piegādes un izsniegšanas procesā, kā arī dokumentu piegādes un izsniegšanas lomu tiesvedības procesā. Turklāt autore darba gaitā ir analizējusi dokumentu piegādes Latvijā statistiku, un mēģinājusi rast praktiska rakstura ieteikumus, lai uzlabotu šī procesa kvalitāti. The master's thesis is dedicated to exploring the delivery of documents, with particular attention to situations where the parties are located in different countries and documents are required in a country where court proceedings are not taking place. The thesis examines and analyses document delivery types and their specificities. In the course of the study, the author examines the importance of civil procedural cooperation in the process of delivering and issuing of documents, as well as the role of document delivery and issuance in court proceedings. In addition, the author, in the course of the thesis, has analysed statistics for document delivery in Latvia, attempting to find practical recommendations in order to improve the quality of this process.
