Aprūpe pacientiem ar plaušu artērijas trombemboliju intensīvās terapijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Aprūpe pacientiem ar plaušu artērijas trombemboliju intensīvās terapijas nodaļā ” ir apkopota aktuāla informācija par pacientu aprūpi, pielietojot V. Hendersones pamatvajadzību teoriju. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika sastādīti uzdevumi un izvirzīts jautājums: Kāda ir aprūpe pacientiem ar plaušu artērijas tromboembolijas intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Pētījuma realizēšanai tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – intervija. Tika intervētas 7 praktizējošas māsas ar darba pieredzi vismaz 5 gadi. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām - teorētiskās un empīriskas. Teorētiskā daļā analizēta literatūra par plaušu artērijas trombemboliju intensīvās terapijas palātā, tas patoģenēzi, riska faktoriem, diagnostikas un ārstēšanas iespējam un māsu aprūpes darbībām sakara ar šo saslimšanu. Empīriskā daļā tiek aprakstītā pētījuma metodoloģija un veikta kontentanalīze. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, bakalaura darba mērķis - noskaidrot un analizēt māsu aprūpes darbības, pacientiem ar plaušu artērijas trombembolijas, intensīvās terapijas nodaļā, ir sasniegts. Darbs sastāv no 32 lapaspusēm un 10 pielikumiem. Kopā darbs sastāv no 59 lapaspusēm. Darbā tika izmantoti 27 literatūras avoti, no kuriem 10 bija latviešu valodā, 10 angļu valodā un 7 krievu valodā. The bachelor's work "Care for patients with pulmonary thromboembolism in the intensive care unit" gathers up-to-date information on patient care through W. Henderson's basic needs theory. The goal was to meet the objective and the question was raised: What is the care for patients with pulmonary artery thromboembolic intensive care? The qualitative research method – interview – was used to implement the study. Seven practicing nurses with work experience of at least 5 years were interviewed. The work consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part analyzes the literature on pulmonary artery thromboembolism in the intensive care unit, its pathogenesis, risk factors, diagnostic and treatment options, and nursing care activities related to this disease. The methodology of the study is described in the empirical part and contrainthe analysis is performed. Based on the results of the study, the purpose of the bachelor's work - to find and analyze nursing care activities, to patients with pulmonary artery thromboembolism, intensive care unit. The work goal has been achieved. Bachelor's work consists of 32 pages and 10 attachments. The work consists of 59 pages in total. The work used 27 literature sources were 10 in Latvian, 10 in English and 7 in Russian languages.
