Ādas bojājumu risks pacientu aprūpē sirds ķirurģijas nodaļā pēcoperācijas periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ādas bojājumu riskus pacientiem pēcoperācijas periodā sirds ķirurģijas nodaļā. Saskaņā ar darba mērķi tika izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums: Kādi ādas bojājumu riski pastāv pacientiem pēcoperācijas periodā pēc sirds operācijām. Bakalaura darbs ’’Ādas bojājumu risks pacientu aprūpē pēcoperācijas periodā sirds ķirurģijas nodaļā’’satur divas pamatdaļas - teorētisko un pētījuma daļu. Pētniecības darba teorētiskajā daļā apkopoti un analizēti literatūras dati par ādas bojājumu rašanās riskiem, un to ārstēšanu. Pētījuma veikšanā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode, bet pētījuma instruments ir novērošanas protokols. Darba pirmajā daļā tiek apskatīts ādas bojājumu jēdziens. Tiek debatēts par ādas bojājumu aprūpes standartiem. Tiek aplūkoti jautājumi saistībā ar ādas bojājumu novērtēšanu un ārstēšanu. Otrajā daļā tiek analizēts ādas bojājumu pacienta aprūpes problēmas un apskatītas dažādas ādas bojājumu ārstēšanas un aprūpes metodes, kā arī izgulējumu profilakses aspekti. Trešajā daļā aprakstīta pacientu izglītošana. Pamatota pacientu izglītošanas nozīme aprūpējot ādas bojājumus. A quantitative study method has been used in conducting the study, but the study instrument is a follow-up protocol. The first part of the job looks at the notion of skin damage. Is debating the standards for skin-damaging care. Issues related to the assessment and treatment of skin lesions are discussed. The second part analyses the problems of skin injury patient care and looks at different methods of treatment and care for skin damage, as well as aspects of sleep prevention. The third part describes the education of patients. The importance of educating patients with skin damage is justified.
