Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „Projekts: granulu ražotnes dibināšana”. Paredzamais darbības uzsākšanas laiks ir 01.01.2021. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izveidot kokskaidu granulu ražotni vietējam tirgum, ar plānoto maksimālo ražošanas jaudu 12000 tonnas granulu gadā, kura 5 gadu laikā atpelnīs investētos 800000 EUR, iegūstot starptautisko ENPlus A1 granulu kvalitātes sertifikātu. Mūsdienās arvien vairāk cilvēku kā galveno apkures veidu izvēlas kokskaidu granulu apkures sistēmas, līdz ar to autors uzskata, ka projektā ražotam produktam būs perspektīva. Lai īstenotu projektu, ir plānots iegādāties bijušo zāģētavu Lielvārdes novada Lēdmanē. Pirmos uzņēmējdarbības gadus jaundibinātais uzņēmums ražos 6 mm augstākās klases kokskaidu granulas, kas ražotas balstoties uz ENPlus A1 sertifikātu. Lai saražotu kokskaidu granulas, uzņēmums kā pamata materiālu izmantos koksnes šķeldu. Analizējot finanšu aprēķinus, autors secina, ka projektā apskatītā uzņēmuma plānotais komercdarbības veids ir veiksmīgs un ilgtermiņā uzņēmums būs veiksmīgs un strādās ar pozitīvu naudas plūsmu.

The aim of the Master's thesis is to create a wood chips’ pellet plant for the local market, with the planned maximum production capacity of 12000 tons of pellets per year, which will return the invested 800000 EUR in 5 years, obtaining the international ENPlus A1 pellet quality certificate. Nowadays, more and more people choose wood chips’ pellet heating systems as the main type of heating, therefore the author believes that the product produced has a perspective. In order to implement the project, it is planned to purchase the former sawmill in Ledmane, Lielvārde region. It is envisaged that the sole owner of the newly established company will be a natural person who will invest 800000 EUR in share capital. In the first year of operation, land, buildings, production equipment and other fixed assets will be purchased, the total acquisition value of which will amount to 608512 EUR. Analyzing the historical statistical data, the author concludes that several indicators improve every year and give a positive signal for the future. For the first years of business, the newly established company will produce 6 mm high-class wood pellets, which are produced on the basis of the ENPlus A1 certificate. The company will use wood chips as a base material to produce wood pellets. Analyzing the financial calculations, the author concludes that the planned type of business of the company considered in the project is successful and in the long run the company will be successful and will work with a positive cash flow.
