Korporatīvā sociālā atbildība - Polijas, Čehijas un Latvijas analīze

Abstract

Mūsdienās arvien vairāk tiek izceltas globālās problēmas, kas mudina ikvienam - indivīdam, uzņēmējam, organizācija-, domāt par savas rīcības sekām. Arvien nozīmīgāk tiek izcelta uzņēmējdarbības rīcības, kas ietekmē sabiedrību un vidi, tāpēc ir nepieciešams izcelt principus un rīcības plānu, kas uzņēmējdarbības aktivitātes negatīvo seku radīšanu uz sabiedrību un vidi mazinātu. Korporatīvā sociālā atbildība ir aktivitāšu kopums, kas sekmē uzņēmējdarbības sociāli atbildīgu rīcību. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kā Polija, Čehija un Latvija integrē KSA principus un kādas ir kopīgas un atšķirīgas tendences KSA integrēšanai valstīs. Darbā tiks aplūkots tas, kādas ir valdības iniciatīvas un, cik aktīvi valsts ietvaros darbojas nevalstiskās organizācijas izceļot KSA nozīmi. Bakalaura darbā tiek veiktas intervijas, lai noskaidrotu KSA prakses attīstības uzņēmumos Latvijā un atspoguļotu tā attīstību uzņēmumos.

Nowadays more than ever different global problems are being highlighted which encourage everyone – an individual, an entrepreneur, an organization – to think about the consequences of their actions. Entrepreneurial activities that affect society and the environment are becoming more and more talked about, therefore it is necessary to highlight the principles and action plan that would reduce the negative consequences of business activity on society and the environment. Corporate social responsibility is a set of activities that promotes corporate social responsibility. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out how Poland, the Czech Republic and Latvia integrate the principles of CSR and what are the common and different tendencies for the integration of CSR in these countries. The paper author will analyze what government initiatives are out there and how actively NGOs function within the country highlighting the importance of CSR. In this thesis interviews are conducted to find out information about CSR practices and development in different companies in Latvia.
