Jauno darbinieku adaptācijas programmas ieviešana un pilnveide uzņēmumā.

Abstract

Darba autore Inga Šūmane Bakalaura darba pētījumam izvēlējās tēmu “Jauno darbinieku adaptācijas programmas ieviešana un pilnveide uzņēmumā”. Autore izvirzīja uzdevumu noskaidrot, kādi kritēriji raksturo veiksmīgu jauno darbinieku adaptācijas programmu. Teorijas pētniecības laikā tika lasīts par tādiem terminiem kā adaptācija, integrācija, orientēšana un socializācija, kā arī mobings un mentorings. Pētījuma laikā tika veikta iepazīšanās ar teorētisko literatūru un analizēta informācija par darbinieku adaptācijas procesu uzņēmumā, lai noskaidrotu adaptācijas procesa nozīmi, jēgu un nepieciešamību uzņēmumā. Epmīriskajā, jeb praktiskajā daļā tika pētīts būvniecības uzņēmumā “Betons ABC” nesen ieviestais adaptācijas process. Pētījumā izmantotās metodes ir teorētiskās literatūras analīze, sekundāro datu analīze, intervija ar uzņēmuma personāla speciālistu un darbinieku anketēšana. Pētījuma laikā tika secināts jauno darbinieku adaptācijas procesa svarīgums un nozīmīgums. Atklāts, kādi panākumi ir jaunajai adaptācijas programmai un kādi ir uzņēmuma ieguvumi no tās. Intervijas un anketēšanas rezultāti tika analizēti un salīdzināti ar darbinieku sniegtajām atbildēm pirms adaptācijas programmas ieviešanas. Bakalaura darbs sagatavots uz 76 lapas pusēm, tam izmantoti 32 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Izstrādātas 6 tabulas, 23 attēli un 2 pielikumi. Noslēgumā izdarīti 14 secinājumi un izvirzīti 9 priekšlikumi.

The author of the dissertation Inga Šūmane chose the topic “Implementation and improvement of the adaptation program for new employees in the company” for the research of the Bachelor's thesis. The author set the task to find out what criteria characterize a successful adaptation program for new employees. During the theory research, terms such as adaptation, integration, guidance and socialization, as well as mobbing and mentoring were read. During the research, the theoretical literature was reviewed and information about the employee adaptation process in the company was analyzed in order to find out the significance, meaning and necessity of the adaptation process in the company. In the empirical or practical part, the adaptation process recently introduced in the construction company “Betons ABC” was studied. The methods used in the research are analysis of theoretical literature, analysis of secondary data, interview with the company's personnel specialist and employee questionnaires. During the research, the importance and significance of the adaptation process of new employees was concluded. The success of the new adaptation program and the company's benefits from it have been revealed. The results of the interview and questionnaire were analyzed and compared with the answers provided by the employees before the implementation of the adaptation program. The bachelor's thesis is prepared on 76 pages, using 32 literature and information sources. 6 tables, 23 figures and 2 appendices have been developed. In conclusion, 14 conclusions were made and 9 proposals were put forward.
