Veiksmīga pedagoģiskā sadarbība pirmsskolā: vecāku un pedagogu pieredzes izpēte

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba tēma:‘’Veiksmīga pedagoģiskā sadarbība pirmsskolā: vecāku un pedagogu pieredzes izpēte’’. Kvalifikācijas darba autore: Ligita Brūvere. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: Analizēt teorētisko literatūru par sadarbību un izpētīt vecāku un pedagogu pieredzi savstarpējā sadarbībā, ietverot gan pozitīvos, gan negatīvos aspektus un to risinājumus. Kvalifikācijas darba uzdevumi: 1) Analizēt teorētisko literatūru un dažādu autoru atziņas par savstarpējo sadarbību; 2) Analizēt sadarbības procesa daudzveidību dažādās pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs; 3) Veikt praktisko pētījumu par sadarbības veidošanu; 4) Apkopot pētījumu rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus. Pētīšanas metodes: 1) Teorētiskās literatūras analīze; 2) Anketēšana; 3) Rezultātu apkopošana un analīze. Teorētiskā daļā tiek analizēta literatūra un dažādu autoru atziņas par sadarbību, tās nepieciešamību un dažādiem aspektiem. Teorētiskā daļā tiek analizēta arī savstarpējā sadarbība starp vecākiem un pedagogu. Empīriskajā daļā darba autore veica pētījumu par vecāku un pedagogu sadarbību. Pētījuma procesā tika veikta anketēšana un tās rezultātu analīze. Pētījuma beigās, iegūtās anketēšanas rezultāti, sniedza atbildi uz sākotnēji izvirzīto jautājumu, tika noskaidrots, kādi ir veiksmīgas pedagoģiskās sadarbības nosacījumi pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms: 42 lpp., 21 attēli, 1 tabula, 2 pielikumi un 15 literatūras avoti. Atslēgas vārdi: sadarbība, saskarsme, pedagogs, vecāki.

Aim of the qualification work: To analyze the theoretical literature on cooperation and to study the experience of parents and teachers in mutual cooperation, including both positive and negative aspects and their solutions. Tasks of the qualification work: 1) To analyze the theoretical literature and the findings of various authors on mutual cooperation; 2) To analyze the diversity of the cooperation process in different pre-school educational institutions; 3) Carry out practical research on building cooperation; 4) Summarize research results and draw conclusions. Research methods: 1) Analysis of theoretical literature; 2) Questionnaire; 3) Summary and analysis of results. The theoretical part analyzes the literature and the findings of various authors about cooperation, its necessity and various aspects. The theoretical part also analyzes the mutual cooperation between parents and the teacher. In the empirical part, the author conducted a study on cooperation between parents and teachers. In the process of the research, a questionnaire and analysis of its results were performed. At the end of the research, the results of the obtained questionnaire provided an answer to the initial question, it was clarified what are the conditions of successful pedagogical cooperation in a pre-school educational institution.
