Maģistra darbā „Profesionālās rehabilitācijas pilnveides vadība personu ar funkcionēšanas traucējumiem iekļaušanai sabiedrībā” ir teorētiski un praktiski pētīta profesionālās rehabilitācijas būtība, skaidrojot tās pilnveides iespējas un nepieciešamību, lai personas ar funkcionēšanas traucējumiem iekļautos sabiedrībā un darba tirgū. Maģistra darba aktualitāti nosaka personu ar funkcionēšanas traucējumiem grūtības iekļauties mūsdienu sabiedrībā un darba tirgū un iespēju meklējumi, piedāvājot paplašināt Latvijas izglītības sistēmu ar jaunu skatījumu uz personu ar invaliditāti profesionālās izglītības iespējām. Līdz šim profesionālā rehabilitācija ir tikai Labklājības ministrijas pārziņā esošs sociālais pakalpojums. Analizējot teorētisko literatūru un dokumentus, autore savā darbā atklās profesionālās rehabilitācijas saistību ar labklājības, izglītības un veselības nozarēm, kurām sadarbojoties, pakalpojuma rezultāts var uzlaboties un pilnveidoties, bet iespējas sociāli mazaizsargātai riska grupai - pieaugušām personām ar funkcionēšanas traucējumiem - paplašināties. Nepieciešamība pēc inovācijām un pārmaiņām veicina, virza jebkurus procesus, arī profesionālās rehabilitācijas pakalpojuma pilnveidi. Pārmaiņu procesā svarīga vadības, jomas līderu, iesaistīto personu izpratne par inovāciju un pārmaiņu nepieciešamību. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt pilnveides vadības iespējas profesionālajā rehabilitācijā, lai sekmētu personu ar funkcionēšanas traucējumiem iekļaušanos sabiedrībā un darba tirgū. Pētījuma jautājumi: 1)Kādas ir profesionālās rehabilitācijas pilnveides iespējas un to realizācijas vadība, lai sekmētu personu ar funkcionēšanas traucējumiem iekļaušanu sabiedrībā un darba tirgū? 2)Kādi apstākļi un faktori nepieciešami, lai realizētu profesionālās rehabilitācijas pilnveides iespējas? Maģistra darbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām - pirmajā nodaļā autore aprakstīs un analizēs profesionālās rehabilitācijas būtību, pētot šī pakalpojuma atšķirības Latvijā un Eiropā, kā arī profesionālās rehabilitācijas saistību ar izglītību. Otrajā nodaļā tiks pētīti un raksturoti profesionālās rehabilitācijas pilnveides iespēju realizācijai nepieiešamie apstākļi un faktori. Trešajā nodaļā analizēts jēdziens “pārmaiņu vadība”, aprakstīti pārmaiņu cēloņi un to veidi, kā arī pārmaiņu rosinātāji -profesionālās izglītības kvalitātes indikatori, saistot tos ar profesionālo rehabilitāciju, piedāvājot papildināt Latvijas izglītības sistēmu ar jaunu skatījumu uz personu ar invaliditāti profesionālās izglītības iespējām. Ceturtajā nodaļā veikts praktiskais pētījums par pilnveides iespējas profesionālajā rehabilitācijā. Piektajā nodaļā sagatavotas rekomendācijas pārmaiņu procesu pilnveidei. Maģistra darba noslēgumā ir apkopoti secinājumi, kā arī priekšlikumi par pārmaiņu vadības procesa pilnveidi. Darbs sastāv no 99 lappusēm un satur 19 attēlus, 7 tabulas, 7 pielikumus un 43 izmantotos literatūras avotus. The author of this work will examine methods of improvements in the field of professional rehabilitation, particularly related to inclusion of the persons with disabilities in the society, as well as the labour market. Hence the object of examination is theoretical and practical issues of professional rehabilitation with the aim of determining how to improve integration of persons with disabilities in the said fields. The topic of this thesis is significant since nowadays the persons with disabilities struggle to integrate in the modern society, as well as the labour market and as a result are faced with a plenty of challenges. Therefore, to solve this challenge the author will provide different opportunities for the said persons, for example, expansion of the Latvian educational system which would include a special kind of vocational education that respectively would be able to provide opportunity for persons with disabilities, irrespective of their age and previous education or vocational qualification, to acquire systematic vocational knowledge and skills corresponding to the requirement of the labour market. At the moment abovementioned type of vocational rehabilitation is provided solely by the Social Integration State Agency College and Jūrmala Vocational School that are subjected to the Latvian Ministry of Welfare. As a result of examination and precise analysis of theoretical literature and documents, the author will reveal the connection of vocational rehabilitation with such sectors as the welfare, education and health. The aim is to achieve cooperation of the said sectors which eventually will lead to the opportunity improvement for such a vulnerable group of persons as adults with disabilities. In fact, the need of change is the mechanism that may lead to remodeling and improvement of vocational rehabilitation services. The aim of this master’s thesis is to determine and establish such methods that could improve management of vocational rehabilitation in order to promote integration of the persons with disabilities in the society, as well as the labour market. Questions that would be replied in this thesis: 1) Which techniques may improve vocational rehabilitation in order to integrate the persons with disabilities in the society and labour market? 2) What type of preconditions and procedures shall be necessarily applied to improve possibilities currently offered by a professional rehabilitation? This master’s thesis consists of five chapters. In the first chapter the author will describe and establish an essence of vocational rehabilitation, as well the author will apply comparative technique by differentiating Latvian and European traditions and determining contrasts of both. The second chapter will examine and describe the indicators by means of which one may determine quality of vocational educational. In the third chapter the author will analyze
