Skolas vadības organizēta pedagogu sadarbība kā profesionālā pilnveide

Abstract

Mūsdienās izglītības nozarē svarīgu vietu ieņem skolotāju savstarpējā sadarbība, lai mācīšanas process būtu efektīvs. Skolas vadībai ir nozīmīga loma, lai šis process izdotos un būtu pārraudzīts. Maģistra darbs ir izstrādāts ar mērķi analizēt un praktiski pētīt skolas vadības organizētu pedagogu sadarbības ietekmi uz pedagogu profesionālo izaugsmi. Maģistra darba ietvaros X skolā 2020.gada septembrī un oktobrī tika veikts kvantitatīvs, neeksperimentāls pētījums. Pētījumā piedalījās 66 X skolas pedagogi. Veicot literatūras avotu, pedagogu aptauju un skolas vadības interviju datu analīzi, secināts, ka skolotāju sadarbība ir nozīmīga un nepieciešama, kā arī, lai veicinātu efektīvu skolotāju profesionālo pilnveidi, skolas vadībai ir nepieciešams mērķtiecīgi to organizēt un strukturēt.

Nowadays, in the field of education, cooperation between teachers plays a significantly important role to ensure the teaching process to be successful. The administration of the establishment makes sure that this process is successful and overseen. The aim of this masters thesis is to analyse and practically study the influence on teachers professional development in regards to how it has been organized by the administration. While developing the thesis, in September and October of 2020, in a school X was conducted a quantitative, non experimental study. 66 teachers from school X participated in this study. Analyzing the literature sources, teacher surveys and school management interview data, it is concluded that cooperation between teachers is important and necessary in order to ensure effective profesional development of the teachers. It is necessary for the school management to take control of structurizing and implementing this.
