Abstract

Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 67 lpp., t.sk. 3 tabulas, 11 attēli, 3 pielikumi. Uzņēmējdarbības attīstības problēmu aktualitāti nosaka mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu dominējošais stāvoklis visās Latvijas ekonomikas nozarēs, taču jaundibināto uzņēmumu skaitā ir vērojams sazinājums, savukārt likvidēto uzņēmumu apjoms palielinās. Mazie un vidējie uzņēmumi palielina uzņēmēju, t.i., darba devēju, skaitu un to īpatsvaru sabiedrībā, kam ir būtiska nozīme sociālajā stabilitātē un attīstībā, kā arī mazie un vidējie uzņēmumi var elastīgi palielināt darbinieku skaitu, kā rezultātā paaugstina nodarbinātības līmeni valstī kopumā, taču paši uzņēmēji aptaujās norāda, ka uzņēmējdarbības vide Latvijā nav attīstību vecinoša Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz uzņēmējdarbības vides analīzi Latvijā, formulēt mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu galvenās attīstības problēmas un sniegt priekšlikumus šo problēmu risināšanai. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi: 1. Apkopot uzņēmējdarbības attīstības teorētisko pamatojumu; 2. Analizēt uzņēmējdarbības statistikas rādītājus Latvijā; 3. Raksturot uzņēmējdarbības vidi Latvijā 4. Identificēt mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu galvenās attīstības problēmas 5. Raksturot uzņēmējdarbības attīstības iespējas Latvijā; 6. Izstrādāt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus uzņēmējdarbības attīstības problēmu risināšanai. Bakalaura darbā izmantotās pētījuma metodes atbilstoši uzdevumu saturam ir ekonomiskās analīzes, statistiskās analīzes metodes, monogrāfiskā metode, grafiskās metodes, loģiski konstruktīvā metode Bakalaura darba galvenie rezultāti ir: aprakstīti MVU komercdarbības iespējas, izpētīta uzņēmējdarbības attīstība Latvijā laika posmā 2015. – 2019.gadam, veikta uzņēmējdarbības analīze un izstrādāti nosacījumi mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu attīstībai. The current conditions of business development problems determine the dominant position of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Latvian economic sector, but for the number of newly established enterprises and observer communication, as well as for increasing the volume of liquidated enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises increase the number and proportion of entrepreneurs, employers, in society, which play a key role in social stability and development, and small and medium-sized enterprises, which increase the number of employees flexibly and increase employment worldwide, but the entrepreneurs themselves The surveys indicate that the business environment in Latvia is not development-friendly. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is, on the analysis of the business environment in Latvia, to formulate the main development problems of small and medium-sized enterprises and to provide proposals for solving these problems. Bachelor's terms of reference: 1. To summarize the theoretical substantiation of business development; 2. To analyze business statistics indicators in Latvia; 3. To describe the business environment in Latvia 4. To identify the main development problems of small and medium enterprises 5. To describe business development opportunities in Latvia; 6. Bachelor's work contains research methods according to the task content of economic analysis, statistical analysis methods, monographic method, a variety of graphic techniques and logically constructive method. The main results of the bachelor's thesis are: described business opportunities for SMEs, development of research business in Latvia in the period 2015-2019, business analysis and development conditions for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
