Agrīna vecuma bērnu sociālas adaptācijas veicināšana pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autore: Aļina Desjatņikova Bakalaura darba tēma: “Agrīnā vecuma bērnu sociālās adaptācijas veicināšana pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē” Pētījuma mērķis: analizēt un pētīt adaptācijas procesa norisi 2-3 gadus veciem bērniem un noteikt tā ietekmējošus faktorus. Pētījuma hipotēze: jaunākajā pirmsskolas vecumposmā adaptācijas veicināšana būs sekmīgāka, ja katru dienu ar bērniem rotaļāsies un sadarbosies viņa vecāki. Mūsdienās adaptācija bērnudārzā ir ļoti aktuāla, jo arvien vairāk bērnu sāk apmeklēt bērnudārzu jau ļoti agrā vecumā. Svarīgi ir arī gan pedagogiem, gan arī vecākiem būt zinošiem par adaptācijas norisi, faktoriem, kuri ietekmē adaptāciju un paņēmieniem, kuri atvieglo adaptācijas gaitu. Bakalaura darba pirmajā daļā tika izpētīti un izanalizēti dažādi psihologu un pedagoģisko zinātnieku izteikumi, tādu kā T.Kostjaks, V.Golubina, S.Gailuma, D.Dzintare, I.Stangaine, V.Romenkova utt. Tika izpētīti izteikumi par adaptācijas tēmu, tās gaitu, to ietekmējošiem faktoriem, kā arī adaptācijas norises atvieglošanas pedagoģiskiem paņēmieniem. Bakalaura otrajā daļā tika aprakstīts pētījums, kurā piedalījās 30 agrīnā pirmsskolas vecuma bērni. Pētījums tika veikts 2020.gada rudenī, pētījuma laikā tika veiktas: sarunas ar grupu pedagogiem, bērnu vērojumi pētījuma pirmajā un pēdējā nedēļā, pedagoģisks darbs ar bērniem. Pēdējā nedēļā tika veikti noslēdzošie vērojumi, kuri apstiprināja bakalaura darbā izvirzīto hipotēzi. Empiriskā pētījumā hipotēze apstiprinājas: jaunākā vecuma bērni adaptēsies jaunājiem apstākļiem veiksmīgāk, ja ar viņiem rotaļāsies un sadarbosies ar viņu vecākiem. Darbā bija izmantoti 4 attēli, 6 tabulas. Darba apjoms ir 55 lappuses. Atslēgas vārdi – adaptācija, agrīnais vecums, veucināšana, pieņemien, sadarbība.

In the first part of the bachelor's work, various statements of psychologists and pedagogical scientists, such as T. Kostyak, V. Golubina, S. Gailuma, D. Dzintare, I. Stangaine, V. Romenkova, etc. were studied and analyzed. Were studied statements on the topic of adaptation, its process, factors affecting it, as well as pedagogical techniques to facilitate the adaptation process. In the second part of the bachelor's work was described study in which 30 children of early preschool age took part. The study was carried out during the fall of 2020, during the study, the following were carried out: conversations with teachers of the groups, observations of children in the first and last week of the study, pedagogical work with children. In the last week, final observations were made that confirmed the hypothesis put forward in the bachelor's work. In an empirical study, the hypothesis confirms that children of younger age will adapt to new conditions more successfully if they play and interact with their parents. In the work were used 4 figures, 6 tables. The volume of work is 55 pages. Key words: adaptation, early age, wellbeing, hiring, collaboration.
