Abstract

Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt hipotekāro kredītu Latvijas tirgū laika periodā no 2015. līdz 2019. gadam un to ietekmējošos faktorus, kā arī izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus par hipotekārās kreditēšanas veicināšanas attīstību Latvijā. Pēc autora domām, galvenā problēma hipotekārā kreditēšanas kontekstā ir ēnu ekonomikas līmenis Latvijā un Latvijas iedzīvotāju migrācija. Bakalaura darba rezultātā, autors secina, ka pētījuma periodā uz hipotekāro kreditēšanu lielākoties ietekmēja iedzīvotāju skaita samazinājums Latvijā, ēnu ekonomikas līmenis Latvija un, pamatojoties uz mājokļa indeksa datiem, nekustamo īpašumu cenu pieaugums Latvijā. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 9 apakšnodaļām. Darba apjoms ir 71 lapas, tas satur 27 attēlus un 4 tabulas.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to study mortgage lending in the Latvian market in the period from 2015 to 2019 and the factors influencing it, as well as to draw conclusions and develop proposals for the development of mortgage lending promotion in Latvia. According to the author, the main problem in the context of mortgage lending is the level of the shadow economy in Latvia and the migration of the Latvian population. As a result of the bachelor's thesis, the author concludes that during research period mortgage lending was mostly influenced by the decrease of population in Latvia, level of the shadow economy in Latvia and, based on housing index data, real estate prices in Latvia. The work consists of 3 chapters and 9 subsections. The volume of the work is 71 pages, it contains 27 figures and 4 tables.
