Sociālā uzņēmējdarbība: Starptautiskās pieredzes ieviešana

Abstract

Latvijā pastāv ienākumu nevienlīdzības problēma. Sociālās uzņēmējdarbības attīstība ir viens no soļiem šī jautājuma novēršanai. Tomēr nozare joprojām nav pietiekami attīstīta, un ir vajadzīga nobriedusi sociālās uzņēmējdarbības ekosistēma, lai radītu vairāk darbavietu un līdz minimumam samazinātu cilvēku grupas, kurām draud sociālā atstumtība. Šī darba mērķis ir izveidot labi funkcionējošas sociālās uzņēmējdarbības ekosistēmas teorētisko modeli Latvijā, balstoties uz Eiropas valstu pieredzi un vietējo sociālo uzņēmumu pētījumiem. Tiek analizēta Eiropas sociālās uzņēmējdarbības ekosistēmu prakse, ko var ieviest Latvijā, kā arī izaicinājumi, ar kuriem šodien saskaras sociālie uzņēmumi. Autore izveidoja sociālās uzņēmējdarbības ekosistēmas teorētisko modeli.

In Latvia there is a problem with income inequality. Development of social entrepreneurship is one of the steps to eliminate this issue. However, the sector is still underdeveloped and mature ecosystem of social entrepreneurship is needed to create more jobs and minimize groups of people at the risk of social exclusion. This thesis aims to create a theoretical model of a well-functioned ecosystem of social entrepreneurship in Latvia based on the experience of European countries and the research among local social enterprises. The practices of European social entrepreneurship ecosystems, which can be implemented in Latvia are analyzed, as well as the challenges that social enterprises face in Latvia today. The theoretical model of social entrepreneurship ecosystem was built by the author.
