Veselības datu aprites un aizsardzības juridiskie aspekti veselības aprūpē

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Veselības datu aprites un aizsardzības juridiskie aspekti veselības aprūpē”. Darba mērķis ir aprakstīt fizisko personu datu apstrādes virzienus, mērogu, prasības un praktiskas nepilnības veselības aprūpē, kas var apdraudēt personas pamattiesības uz privātās dzīves neaizskaramību. Visaptveroši izvērtējot normatīvo aktu prasības un salīdzinot tās ar veselības aprūpes nozares aktuālajām nepieciešamībām, darbā tiek identificēti vairāki aspekti, kuros normatīvais regulējums būtu uzlabojams. Darbā tiek sniegti priekšlikumi un atbildes uz sabiedrībā un veselības aprūpes nozarē aktuāliem un neskaidriem jautājumiem par prasībām, kas attiecināmas uz personas datu aizsardzību.

The topic of the Master's thesis is “Legal Aspects of Data Concerning Health Processing and Protection in Healthcare”. The aim of the thesis is to describe the directions, scale, requirements and practical shortcomings in health care for the processing of personal data, which may undermine a person's fundamental right to privacy. In a comprehensive assessment of regulatory requirements and in comparison with the current needs of the healthcare sector, the thesis identifies a number of aspects in which the regulatory framework should be improved. The work provides proposals and answers to topical and unclear questions in the society and healthcare sector about the requirements related to the protection of personal data.
