Piederības izjūtas sekmēšanas iespējas latviešu valodas stundās 4.klasē mazākumtautību skolā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēmas nosaukums: “Piederības izjūtas sekmēšanas iespējas latviešu valodas stundās 4.klasē mazākumtautību skolā”. Bakalaura darba temata izvēle ir saistīta ar apstākli, ka piederības sajūta Latvijai, mazākumtautību bērniem ir nozīmīgs process no sabiedrības interešu viedokļa, un tas ir arī cieši saistīts ar latviešu valodas apguvi, līdz ar to darbā tiek analizēti piederības izjūtas teorētiskie aspekti un veikts empīriskais pētījums mazākumtautības skolā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir teorētiski izpētīt un empīriski pētīt 4. klases skolēnu piederības izjūtas veidošanos latviešu valodas stundās mazākumtautību skolā. Mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: piederības izjūtas būtības un to ietekmējošo faktoru analīze; 4. klases skolnieku vecuma attīstības raksturojums; piederības izjūtas veicinošās metodes mācību procesā; piederības veicināšanas iespējas latviešu valodas stundās un priekšlikumu izstrādāšana skolotājiem. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, apakšnodaļām, nobeiguma, izmantotās literatūras avotu saraksta, kā arī pielikumiem. Tā pirmajā daļā autore pēta piederības izjūtas būtību skolēna dzīvē, kā arī raksturo valsts lomu piederības izjūtas sekmēšanā. Otrās nodaļas ietvaros autore analizē ceturtās klases skolēnu vecumposma īpatnības. Trešajā daļā autore apskata pedagoģiskās metodes un noslēdz teorētisko pētījumu. Tālāk seko 4. nodaļa, kur empīriskā pētījuma ietvaros veikta skolēnu un pedagogu anketēšana, un to rezultāti atainoti grafiskās diagrammas. Empīriskā pētijuma otrajā daļā veikts pedagoģiskās izmēģinājumdarbības pašanalīze, kurā aprakstītas piecas mācībstundas. Pētījuma rezultātā autore secina ka piederības izjūtas veidošana skolēnos ir nepieciešama no valsts un sabiedrības viedokļa, bet tā ir svarīga arī skolēna personības attīstībā. Latviešu valodas stundas iespējams aktīvi izmantot piederības izjūtas veidošanai ceturtās klases skolēnos. Balstoties uz pētījuma secinājumiem, autore piedāvā šādus priekšlikumu piederības izjūtas veicināšanai: latviešu valodas stundu saturā jāiekļauj Latvijas dabas, simbolu, svētku un tradīciju izzināšana, kas bērnos ļauj veidot piederības izjūtu Latvijai. The theme of the thesis is “Options on how to improve a sense of belonging in 4th grade Latvian language clases at a minority school”. The choice of the topic of the bachelor's thesis is related to the fact that the sense of belonging to Latvia, for the minority children is an important process from the point of view of public interests, and it is closely linked to mastering Latvian language at school. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to research theoretically and empirically the formation of the sense of belonging of 4th grade students in Latvian language lessons in a minority school. To achieve main goal, the following tasks have been set: analysis of the essence of the sense of belonging and which are the factors influencing it; characteristics of age development in between 4th grade students; discover methods that promote a sense of belonging in the learning process; make proposals for teachers how to promote sense of belonging in Latvian language lessons. The work consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, subsections, conclusion, list of literature sources, as well as appendices. In the first part, the author studies the essence of a sense of belonging in a student's life, as well as describes the role of the state in connection with a sense of belonging. In the second chapter, the author analyzes the peculiarities of the age group for the fourth grade students. In the third part, the author reviews pedagogical methods and that concludes the part of the theoretical research. Followed by Chapter 4, an empirical study was made which consisted by surveying students and teachers and the results were shown in graphical diagrams. The second part of the empirical research includes a self-analysis of pedagogical experimental activity which consists of five lessons. As a result of the research, the author concludes that the formation of a sense of belonging is not only necessary both from the countries and society point of view, but also it’s very important for students personal development. It is possible to develop the sense of belonging in Latvian language lessons for the fourth grade students. Based on the findings of the study, the author offers the following proposals to promote a sense of belonging: in the content of Latvian language lesson should include the studies of Latvian nature, symbols, holidays and traditions, which allows children to develop a sense of belonging to Latvia. The thesis is presented in a total of 51 pages. 44 literature sources were used in the thesis and 11 appendices were added. Key words: sense of belonging; fourth grade, Latvian language lesson
