Informācijas sistēmas papildinājums telpisko objektu meklēšanai

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbā izstrādāts ģeogrāfiskās informācijas sistēmas papildinājums telpisko objektu meklēšanai. Sistēmas papildinājuma mērķis - atvieglot sistēmas lietotāju darbu, kā arī paaugstināt produktivitāti, ieekonomējot laiku objektu meklēšanai. Sistēmas papildinājuma galvenās funkcijas ir atrast tuvāko telpisko objektu noteiktajās koordinātēs, piemēram, transformatoru, balstu vai elektrolīniju, izdrukāt atrastā objekta atrašanās vietas koordinātes, kā arī objekta identifikatora numuru. Sistēmas papildinājums ir radīts AS “Latvenergo” elektrisko sadales tīklu ģeogrāfisko informāciju sistēmai un to izmantos ĢIS lietotāji un pieslēgumu plānošanas inženieri. Sistēmas papildinājuma izstrādē izmantota Oracle PL/SQL valoda, izmantojot Oracle SQL Developer izstrādes rīku.

Qualification paper name – “Information system enhancement for spatial objects search”. The goal of this qualification paper was to develop an information system enhancement for spatial object search. The developed enhancement improves the efficiency and productivity of the system user work thereby shortening time required for spatial object search. The main functionalities of the developed system enhancement are multiple. Firstly one of the functionalities is to search for the nearest spatial object within given coordinates, for example to search for a transformer, pole or electric line. Secondly the system must print out the coordinates and object identification number of the found spatial object. The system enhancement was developed for AS “Latvenergo” geographic information system for electrical distribution networks and is expected to be used by GIS users and connection planning engineers. In addition the system was developed using Oracle PL/SQL language and Oracle SQL Developer platform.
