Digitāla risinājuma izstrāde Džona Holanda pašizpētes testa pildīšanai

Abstract

Mūsdienās diez gan aktuāla problēma ir, ka jaunieši pēc vidusskolas absolvēšanas vēl nezina kādā izglītības virzienā vēlētos turpināt studijas. Tāpat arī cilvēki, kas ilgus gadus strādā kādā nozarē nav pārliecināti, vai tas ir īstais virziens un varbūt vēlās vienkārši pārmaiņas savā dzīvē, darbības jomā. Cilvēkiem vienmēr ir bijusi iespēja aizpildīt Dž. Holanda pašizpētes testu klātienē, bet tas vienmēr ir aizņēmis ļoti ilgu laiku. Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte jau ilgu laiku plānoja ieviest šo testu digitāli, un par cik, šobrīd mācības un visas iespējamās darbības notiek attālināti, šis jautājums tika aktualizēts un nolemts ieviest steidzamā kārtā, lai cilvēkiem attālināti būtu iespējams to aizpildīt un saņemt attālinātu atbildi. Šī ir dokumentācija Dž. Holanda pašizpētes testa sistēmai, karjeras izvēles plānošanai, kura tika izstrādāta programmēšanas kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros. Dokumentā ir iekļauta programmatūras prasību specifikācija, kā arī datubāzes un funkcionālie projektējumi. Sistēmā tiek glabāta informācija par Dž. Holanda pašizpētes testa jautājumiem, to atbildēm un lietotājiem. Testu var veikt gan anonīmi, gan arī pieslēdzoties sistēmai ar RTU (ORTUS) profilu. Sistēmas galvenais mērķis ir attālināti palīdzēt cilvēkiem iegūt rezultātus, kurus vēlāk, piesakoties konsultācijai, RTU darbinieki var detalizēti paskaidrot un palīdzēt izvēlēties novirzienu, kurā studēt un vēlāk arī strādāt.

Nowadays, the problem is that young people do not know in which field of education they would like to continue their studies after graduating from high school. Also, people who have been working in an industry for many years are not sure if this is the right direction and may just want a change in their life, in the field. People have always had the opportunity to fill in J. Holland self-study test in person, but it has always taken a very long time. Riga Technical University has been planning to introduce this test digitally for a long time, and since studies and all possible activities take place remotely, this issue was updated and decided to implement as a matter of urgency so that people can complete it remotely and receive a remote answer. This is the documentation of J. Holland self-study test system, career choice planning, which was developed as part of a programming qualification paper. The document includes a specification of the software requirements, as well as databases and functional designs. The system stores information about J. Holland self-study test questions, their answers and users. The test can be performed both anonymously and by connecting to the system with RTU (ORTUS) profile. The main goal of the system is to help people remotely get results, which later, when applying for a consultation, RTU employees can explain in detail and help to choose the direction in which to study and later also to work.
