Darbinieku pārvaldes sistēma

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros ir izveidota programmatūra “Darbinieku pārvaldes sistēma”, kura daļēji atvieglos cilvēkresursu pārvaldību. Sistēma palīdzēs uzņēmumam pārvaldīt, kuri darbinieki būs noteiktajos projektos, to, cik stundas lietotājs ir nostrādājis projektos un atvieglos atvaļinājuma pieteikšanu. Programmatūrā var pārvaldīt darbinieku datus, piemēram, kā veidot projektus un tā amatus, kā arī pieteikties projektu amatiem. Sistēmā var pieteikt prombūtnes pie-teikumu, pievienot prasmes, kā arī pievienot dienas izdarītā ierakstus un apskatīt esošajā nedēļā izdarīto. Sistēmas ir kā tīmekļa lietotne un izveidei tika izmantota PHP programmēšanas valoda ar “Laravel” satvaru. Pirmkodā ir ap 3000 rindiņu. Sistēmas plānošana, dokumentēšana un izstrādei pielietoja ūdenskrituma metodoloģijas pamatprincipus.

As part of my qualification work, I created a software program “Employee management system” in which partly facilitate human resource management. The system will help the company manage in which projects the employees will be, how many hours has the user worked on a project and will make it easier to apply for a short team absence. The program can manage employee data such as creating projects and its positions and apply for the project positions. The user can apply for absence in the system, add skills, add daily records and view what the user has done in the current week. The system is a web application that was developed using PHP programming language with a framework “Laravel”. The source code contains about 3000 lines. The development of the system applied the basic principles of the waterfall methodology.
