Ģimenēm piemērota aktīvās atpūtas vide

Abstract

Diplomdarbā “Ģimenēm piemērota aktīvās atpūtas vide” ir izklāstīta problēma par pilsētvidē arvien pieaugošo tendenci mazāk laika pavadīt aktīvai atpūtai un par atbalsta vides trūkumu ģimenēm ar maziem bērniem. Šī iemesla dēļ daudzas ģimenes, īpaši ar maziem bērniem, mazāk pavada laiku kopā aktīvā atpūtā. Teorijas nodaļās autors izpēta aktīvās atpūtas nozīmīgumu, atbalsta iespējas un veidus, kā arī maza bērna vajadzības dažādos viņa attīstības posmos. Autors izpēta arī vienu no ģimenēm draudzīgiem sporta veidiem – mākslīgās klinšu kāpšanas sporta veidu Boulderingu un tā ieguvumus ģimenei un veselībai. Empīriskajā daļā autors izanalizē vairākus pasaulē veiksmīgus interjera dizaina piemērus, kas radīti, lai bērni kvalitatīvi un izzinoši pavadītu brīvo laiku, kā arī pateicoties šai videi ģimeni ar maziem bērniem motivētu apmeklēt šīs vietas regulāri. Radošajā daļā autors rada interjera dizaina risinājumu Boulderinga sporta centra ieejas un atpūtas zonai, kas atrodas Rīgā un plānots to īstenot.

The diploma thesis “Family friendly active recreational environment” sets out the problem of the growing tendency to spend less time in urban areas for active recreational activities and the lack of support for families with young children. For this reason, many families, especially with small children, spend less time together in active recreation. In the theory chapter, the author examines the importance of active recreation, the possibilities and ways of supporting it and the needs of a small child at various stages of his development. The author also studies one of the family friendly sport activities – the Bouldering, which a form of rock climbing on artificial walls. The author examines its benefits to family and health. In the empirical part, the author analyses several successful internal design examples designed to provide children with high quality and informed leisure time, and to motivate families with young children to visit these sites on a regular basis. In the creative part the author creates an interior design solution for the entrance and recreation area of the Bouldering Sport Centre which is located in Riga and planned to be implemented.
