Prosociālas uzvedības motivācijas saistība ar morālo identitāti brīvprātīgā darba veicējiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Prosociālas uzvedības motivācijas saistība ar morālo identitāti brīvprātīgā darba veicējiem”. Šī darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv pozitīvas saistības starp brīvprātīgā darba veicēju morālo identitāti un brīvprātīgā darba motivācijas dimensijām. Pētījumā piedalījās 54 dalībnieki, no tiem 51 sievietes (94,4%) un 3 vīrieši(5,6%), vecumā no 14 līdz 55 gadiem (M=24,50, SD=9,90). Respondenti aizpildīja aptauju, kura sastāvēja no Brīvprātīgā darba funkciju aptaujas (Volunteer functions inventory; Clary et al., 1998 – aptauja tika adaptēta pētījuma ietvaros) un Morālās identitātes nozīmības skalas (The self-importance of moral identity scale; Aquino & Reed, 2002). Aptauju Latvijā tulkojusi un adaptējusi Ieva Mālkalniete-Čelika (2014). Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti norādīja uz statistiski nozīmīgām, pozitīvām saistībām starp morālās identitātes dimensijām un brīvprātīgā darba motivācijas dimensijām. Rezultāti lielā mērā atpsoguļo teorijā aplūkotās morālās identitātes saistību ar brīvprātīgā darba motivācijām.

The title of the bachelor's thesis is "Relationship between prosocial behavior motivation and moral identity in volunteers". The aim of this study was to find out whether there is a positive relationship between moral identity of volunteers and dimensions of volunteering motivation. The study involved 54 participants, 51 of them women (94.4%) and 3 men (5.6%), ages 14 to 55 years (M = 24.50, SD = 9.90). Respondents completed a questionnaire that included Volunteer functions inventory (Clary et al., 1998 - survey was adapted in this study) and The Self-Importance of Moral Identity Scale (Aquino & Reed, 2002). The survey in Latvia has been translated and adapted by Ieva Mālkalniete-Čelika (2014). The results indicated a statistically significant, positive relationship between the subscales of moral identity and the dimensions of volunteering motivation. The results largely reflect the relationship between moral identity and the motivations for volunteering reviewed in the theory.
