Skepticisms un zināšanas par disociatīviem identitātes traucējumiem klīnisko psihologu populācijā

Abstract

Šī darba mērķis bija noskaidrot psihologu, psihoterapeitu un psihiatru viedokli par disociatīviem identitātes traucējumiem un tā saistību ar zināšanām par disociatīviem identitātes traucējumiem un spēju atpazīt disociatīvus identitātes traucējumus. Pētījumā piedalījās 44 dalībnieki, 40 sievietes (90,9%) un 4 vīrieši (9,1%), vecumā no 30-69 gadiem. Dalībnieki ir sertificēti psihologi, psihoterapeiti un psihiatri Latvijā ar stāžu no 1-40 gadiem. Dalībnieku viedoklis par disociatīviem identitātes traucējumiem tika noteikts ar Profesionāļu skepticisma un pieredzes ar disociatīviem identitātes traucējumiem aptauju (Clinician’s Survey of Skepticism and Experiances With Dissociative Identity Disorder, Dorahy & Lewis, 2002; Perniciaro, 2014) Latvijā adaptēja darba autore bakalaura darba ietvaros. Disociatīvo identitātes traucējumu simptomu atpazīšana tika ievākta ar Klīnisko vinjeti ( Vignette 3, Dorahy, Lewis & Mulholland, 2005), Latvijā adaptēja darba autore bakalaura darba ietvaros. Zināšanas par disociatīviem identitātes traucējumiem tiek mērītas ar skalu, kuru izveidoja darba autore bakalaura darba ietvaros. Pētījuma rezultāti apstiprināja, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīga, negatīva korelācija starp skepticismu pret disociatīviem identitātes traucējumiem un disociatīvu identitātes traucējumu simptomu atpazīšazīšanu, bet neapstiprinājās hipotēzes, ka pastāv negatīva korelācija starp zināšanām par disociatīviem identitātes traucējumiem un skepticismu pret disociatīviem identitātes traucējumiem, un, ka pastāv pozitīva korelācija starp zināšanām par disociatīviem identitātes traucējumiem un disociatīvu identitātes traucējumu simptomu atpazīšanu.

The purpose of this study was to examine Latvian mental health professionals’ opinion on dissociative identity disorder and its relation to knowledge of dissociative identity disorder and the detection of dissociative identity disorder symptoms. There were 44 participants in this study - 40 women (90,9%) and 4 men (9,1%) with an age range of 30-69. The participants are certified psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists with 1-40 years of experience. Participants opinions on dissociative identity disorder were measured with the Clinician’s Survey of Skepticism and Experience With Dissociative Identity Disorder Scale (Clinician’s Survey of Skepticism and Experiances With Dissociative Identity Disorder, Dorahy & Lewis, 2002; Perniciaro, 2014), adapted by the author of this study, within the Bachelor’s thesis. The recognition of dissociative identity disorder symptoms is measured by a clinical vignette (Vignette 3, Dorahy, Lewis & Mulholland, 2005), adapted by the author of this study within the Bachelor’s thesis. Knowledge about dissociative identity disorder was measured by a scale that was made by the author of this study, within the Bachelor’s thesis. The results of the study revealed that there was a statistically significant, negative correlation between skepticism on dissociative identity disorder and the detection of dissociative identity disorder symptoms, as it was hypothesized, however there was no statistically significant correlation between knowledge and other variables, therefor the two hypotheses were not supported.
