Abstract

Maģistra darbs: Metodiskā darba organizēšana un izvērtēšana valodu jomā Rīgas XX vidusskolā. Rīgas XX vidusskolā ir izveidota metodiskā komisija valodu jomā, pie jauna mācību satura tā strādā jau 3 gadus un nepieciešams metodiskā darba izvērtēšanas posms, lai noteiktu nākamo 3 gadu metodiskā darba stratēģiju. Pētījuma mērķis: Izpētīt metodiskā darba organizēšanas procesu un tā rezultātus valodu jomā Rīgas XX vidusskolā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā pilnveidei. Galvenie secinājumi •Aptaujas dati liecina, ka kopumā metodiskais darbs pētāmajā vidusskolā notiek regulāri, tas mērķēts kvalitatīvas standartu apguves nodrošināšanai, izmantojot, pārsvarā, zināmās un aprobētās mācību metodes un materiālus (63% respondentu). •Integrētā mācību satura izstrāde šobrīd notiek fragmentāri, tā ir drīzāk atsevišķu skolotāju iniciatīva, nevis mērķtiecīgi organizēts metodiskais darbs, tā uzskata 75% respondentu. Taču Citas Rīgas vidusskolas metodiskā darba organizēšana pa vecuma grupām dod lielāku iespēju veidot integrētu mācību saturu, nekā darbs metodiskajās komisijās. •Pētījums atklāja, ka tikai apmēram 60% respondentu izprot terminu “integrētais mācību saturs”, pārējie 40% jauc šo jēdzienu ar starppriekšmetu saikni vai starpdisciplināro saturu vai ar kompetenču pieeju. •Metodiskā darba atskaites neparāda šādas būtiskas metodiskā darba sastāvdaļas, kā pedagogu dalība metodisko izstrādņu skatēs, mācību materiālu pielāgošana un aprobēšana, atvērto starppriekšmetu stundu skaits un izvērtējums utt. Atbilde uz pētījuma jautājumu ir – šobrīd Rīgas XX vidusskolas metodiskā darba organizēšana un tā rezultāti daļēji atbilst mūsdienu izglītības vajadzībām, jo netiek organizēta metodiskā kopdarbība mūsdienām atbilstošu mācību materiālu izstrādei.

Master's thesis: Organization and evaluation of methodological work in the field of languages in Riga XX secondary school. A methodological commission in the field of languages has been established at Riga XX Secondary School, it has been working on a new curriculum for 3 years and a stage of methodological work evaluation is needed to determine the strategy of methodological work for the next 3 years. Aim of the research: To study the process of organizing methodological work and its results in the field of languages in Riga XX Secondary School and to develop proposals for its improvement. Main conclusions • The survey data show that in general the methodological work in the researched secondary school takes place regularly, it is aimed at ensuring the acquisition of quality standards, using, mostly, known and tested teaching methods and materials (63% of respondents). • The development of integrated curricula is currently fragmented, it is an initiative of individual teachers rather than purposefully organized methodological work, according to 75% of respondents. However, the organization of the methodological work of Other Riga Secondary Schools by age groups gives a greater opportunity to create an integrated study content than the work in methodological commissions. • The study found that only about 60% of respondents understand the term “integrated learning content”, the remaining 40% confuse the concept with interdisciplinary links or interdisciplinary content or with a competence approach. • Methodological work reports do not show such important components of methodological work as the participation of teachers in methodological development reviews, adaptation and approbation of teaching materials, number and evaluation of open interdisciplinary complaints, etc. The answer to the research question is - currently the organization of the methodological work of Riga XX Secondary School and its results partially correspond to the needs of modern education, because methodological cooperation is not organized for the development of modern teaching materials.
