Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes vadības darbība vides izglītības īstenošanā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir sekmīga izglītības iestādes darbības īstenošanas nodrošināšana saistībā ar vadības izpratni, zināšanām un ieinteresētību vides problēmu jautājumos. Maģistra darba pētnieciskais jautājums: Cik lielā mērā izglītības iestādes vadības zināšanas un iniciatīva par vides problēmām ietekmē izglītības iestādes darbību vides kompetenču pieejas ietvaros? Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām, kopsavilkuma aiz katras nodaļas, rezultātu apkopojuma, gala secinājuma, izmatotās literatūras un dažādu avotu saraksta un pielikuma. Darbs satur 64 lapaspuses, 9 attēlus, 3 tabulas, neskaitot pielikumu. Darbā tika izmantoti 58 izmantotās literatūras un avotiem. Maģistra darba teorētiskajā daļā tika izpētīta literatūra un dažādi avoti par vidi un tās ietekme ilgtermiņā, tās skatījums vēsturiskā un mūsdienu sabiedrībā; Maģistra darba praktiskajā daļā tika analizēti un salīdzināti iestāžu pašvērtējumi, kā arī tika intervēti iestāžu vadītāji un aptaujāti pedagogu. Pielikums satur pirmsskolas pedagogu un vadītāju aptauju anketas.

The title of the Master thesis - Management of pre-school educational institution in implementation of environmental education. The aim of the Master's thesis is to ensure the successful implementation of the activities of the educational institution in relation to the management's understanding, knowledge and interest in environmental issues. Research question is to study to which extent the school leadership’s level of knowledge and initiative concerning the concepts of environmental problems impacts the schools’ activity on the basis of the competence approach in environmental education. The Master thesis consists of introduction, 3.chapters, conclusions after each chapter, summary of results, conclusions, references and appendices. The thesis includes 64 pages, 9 images, 3 tables, excluding appendix. There were used 58 bibliography and Internet sources. The literature review part of the Master thesis studies the literature and other sources about the environment, its long-term impact, and the view of older and modern generations’ society. The empirical part of the Master thesis analyzes and compares the schools self-assessments, conducts the questionnaires amongst schools’ leaders and teachers. Appendices include the questionnaires filled in by school leaders and pre-school teachers.
