Transdisciplināras mācīšanās process pārmaiņu izglītībā

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums “Transdisciplināras mācīšanās process pārmaiņu izglītībā”. Darba mērķis ir, analizējot transdisciplināritātes teoriju, metodoloģiju, praksi izglītībā un pētniecībā, izvērtēt transdisciplināra mācīšanās procesa vadīšanu pārmaiņu izglītībā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no anotācijas latviešu un angļu valodā, ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas, literatūras, secinājumiem, ieteikumiem, pielikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā ir 2 nodaļas un 4 apakšnodaļas. Darbā tika analizēta zinātniskā literatūra par transdisciplinaritāti, transdisciplināro pieeju izglītībā, pamatojoties uz problēmsituāciju kā mācīšanās objektu/ tēmu. Empīriskajā daļā maģistra darba autore veica pētījumu, kas pamatojās pedagoģiskā gadījuma izpētē, aptauju un fokuss grupas intervijā. Pētījumā piedalījās Rīgas pilsētas x mācīšanās organizāciju 74 pedagogi un 3 vadītāji. Apkopotie rezultāti atspoguļoti X secinājumos un Y priekšlikumos. Darba apjoms: 60 lpp., 10 attēli, 3.tabulas 4. pielikumi. Atslēgvārdi: transdisciplinaritāte, transdisciplinārā mācīšanās pieeja, problēmsituāciju risināšanas prasmes.

The title of the Master’s Thesis “The transdisciplinary learning process in transformational education”. The aim of the work is to analyze the transdisciplinary theory, methodology, practice in education and research, to evaluate the management of transdisciplinary learning process in transformational education. Master's thesis consists of annotations in Latvian and English, introduction, theoretical and empirical part, literature, conclusions, recommendations and appendices. There are two chapters and 4 subchapters in the theoretical part. The Thesis analyses the scientific literature on transdisciplinarity, transdisciplinary approach in education based on the problem situation as a learning object / topic. In the empirical part the author conducted research based on pedagogical case study, survey and focus groups interviews. In the survey 94 teachers and 3 managers participated representing Riga city X learning organization. The results of the research are represented in X conclusions and Y suggestions. Thesis volume: 60 pages.,10 pictures,3 table 4 appendices. Key words: transdiciplinarity, transdisciplinary learning apporach, problem situations, solving skills.
