Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “Aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar politraumām intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar politraumām intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā analizēta informācija par politraumām, to cēloņiem un smaguma pakāpēm, pacientu ar politraumām aprūpes vadību un māsu kompetencēm šo pacientu aprūpē, kā arī veikta Roperas – Loganas – Tīrnejas aprūpes modeļa analīze saistībā ar pacientu ar politraumām aprūpi intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi, veikts pētījums intensīvās terapijas nodaļā vienā no Rīgas lielākajām slimnīcām, kura laikā intervētas 10 intensīvās terapijas nodaļā strādājošas māsas. Pētījuma jautājums: Kādas ir aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar politraumām intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Bakalaura darba izstrādē izmantoti 23 literatūras avoti, no tiem 3 latviešu valodā un 20 angļu valodā. Darbs satur 10 tabulas un 1 attēlu. Kopējais darba apjoms 34 lappuses.

The topic of the Bachelor's thesis: "Care problems of patients with polytrauma in the intensive care unit". The aim of the paper: to clarify the care problems of patients with polytrauma in the intensive care unit. The Bachelor's thesis consists of theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part analyzes information about polytraumas, their causes and severity, management of polytrauma patients and nursing competencies in the care of these patients, as well as analysis of the Roper - Logan - Tierney care model in relation to polytrauma patients in intensive care unit. Using a qualitative research method, a study was conducted in the intensive care unit of one of the largest hospitals in Riga, during which 10 nurses, working in the intensive care unit, were interviewed. Research question: What are the care problems of patients with polytrauma in the intensive care unit? 23 literature sources were used in the development of the Bachelor's thesis, of which 3 in Latvian and 20 in English. The paper includes 10 tables and 1 figure. The total volume with attachments is 34 pages.
