Komunikācija starp māsu un pacientu ar traheostomu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Komunikācija starp māsu un pacientu ar traheostomu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka katra cilvēka ikdienā vajadzība pēc komunikācijas, bet pacientiem ar traheostomu šī iespēja ir liegta slimības dēļ. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kā notiek komunikācija starp māsu un pacientu ar traheostomu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Mērķa sasniegšanai ir izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi - analizēt literatūru un avotus par komunikācijas veidiem un iespējām pacientiem ar traheostomām ārstniecības iestādēs. Analizēt Dorotejas Džonsones uzvedības sistēmas teoriju un tika izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums : Kā intensīvās terapijas nodaļā tiek nodrošināta komunikācija starp māsu un pacienta ar traheostomu? Pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīva pētniecības metode, pielietojot pētījuma instrumentu – daļēji strukturētu interviju. Pētījuma rezultātos tiek pierādīts, ka intensīvās terapijas nodaļā māsai starp pacientu ar traheostomu tiek nodrošināta komunikācija ar verbāliem, neverbāliem saziņas veidiem.

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is „Communication Nurse and Patient with Tracheostomy in Intensive Care Unit”. The topicality of the topic is determined by each person’s daily need for communication, but patients with tracheostomy are denied this oppotunity due to the disease. The aim of the study is to find out how communication takes place a nurse and patient with a tracheostomy in the intensive care unit. To achieve the goal, several tasks have been set – to anlyze the literature and sources on the types and possibilities of communication for patients with tracheostomies in medical institutions. Anlyzes Dorotey Johnson’s theory of the behavioral system and the research question was asked : How is communation between a nurse and a patient with a tracheostomy ensured in the intensive care unit ? The study used a qualitative research method, using a research tool : a semi –structured interview. The results of the research show that in the intensive care unit, the nurse is provided with communication between verbal and non – verbal forms of comumunication between patients with tracheostomy.
