Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Operāciju māsu noslodze un ar to saistītie riski operāciju zālē ”. Operāciju skaits pieaug, kā rezultātā pieaug arī operāciju māsas noslodze un ar to saistītie riski operāciju zālē. Sakarā ar jauno Covid – 19 gadījumu skaitu palielinājumu, valstī izsludināta ārkārtēja situācija. Darbaspēka trūkuma dēļ, ir paaugstinājusies operāciju māsu ne tikai fiziska, bet arī psiholoģiska noslodze un pieaug ar to saistītie riski operāciju zālē. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot operāciju māsu noslodzi un ar to saistītus riskus operāciju zālē. Pētniecības uzdevumi: veikt pieejamās literatūras analīzi; analizēt Virdžīnijas Hendersones māszinību teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura tēmu; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu - intervijas jautājumus un veikt pilotpetījumu; analizēt un apkopot intervijā iegūtos datus un izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir operāciju māsas noslodze un ar to saistītie riski operāciju zālē? Izmantota pētniecības metode: Kvalitatīva pētniecības metode – intervija, kas sastāv no 13 jautājumiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 10 respondenti. Darba rezultāti apkopoti, tika veikta kontentanalīze. Kontentanalīze ir attēlota 13 tabulās. Darbs sastāv no 52.lpp.,5 sadaļām, 3 pielikumiem.

Bachelors theme – "Scrub Nurse Workload and Associated Risks in the Operating Room". The number of surgeries are increasing, and as a result the workload of the scrub nurses and related risks in the operating theatre are also increasing. Due to the increase in the number of new Covid-19 cases, a state of emergency has been declared in the country, and to the lack of labor, not only the physical but also the psychological workload of the scrub nurses has increased as well the related risks in the operating theatre. Aim of the study: To find out the workload of scrub nurses and the related risks in the operating theatre. Study tasks: to analyze the available literature; to analyze Virginia Henderson's theory in relation to the bachelor's theme; to develop a research tool – interview questions and conduct a pilot study; analyze and summarize data obtained in the interview and draw conclusions. Study question: What is the workload of the scrub nurse and the related risks in the operating theatre? Research method used: Qualitative research method – an interview consisting of 13 questions. 10 respondents participated in the study. The results of the study were compiled, content analysis was performed. The content analysis is shown in 13 tables. The work consists of 54 pages, 6 sections, 3 appendices
