Pamesto teritoriju atjaunošanas risinājumi Kundziņsalas un Voleru apkaimēs Rīgas pilsētā

Abstract

Madara Ratkēviča. Maģistra darbs: PAMESTO TERITORIJU ATJAUNOŠANAS RISINĀJUMI RĪGAS PILSĒTAS KUNDZIŅSALAS UN VOLERU APKAIMĒS. Rīga, 2021. – (113 lpp., 62 attēli, 3 pielikumi). Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kādi ir pamesto teritoriju veidošanās iemesli, iespējamie pamesto teritoriju atjaunošanas risinājumi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus Rīgas pilsētas Kundziņsalas un Voleru apkaimju pamesto teritoriju atjaunošanai. Darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem. Maģistra darba teorētisko ietvaru veido pirmā nodaļa, kurā tiek sniegts pamesto teritoriju un objektu teorētiskais raksturojums, ietverot pamestu teritoriju un objektu, kā arī atjaunošanas un to saistīto jēdzienu definēšanu, kā arī tiek aprakstītas pamesto teritoriju kategoriju teorētiskie aspekti. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstītas darbā izmantotie materiāli un metodes kā izpētes koncepcija. Trešajā nodaļā raksturota Kundziņsalas un Voleru apkaimju situācija, kas balstīta lauka darbos un intervijās gūtajā informācijā un atziņās. Maģistra darbā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – plānošanas dokumentu analīze, atjaunošanas pieredžu apskats, lauka darbi (teritoriju apsekojumi dabā), kā arī daļēji strukturētas intervijas un ekspertintervijas. Darba ceturtajā nodaļā sniegti priekšlikumi Voleru un Kundziņsalas pamesto teritoriju atjaunošanas risinājumi. Ir veikti maģistra darbā izvirzītie Darba uzdevumi: izstrādāts pamesto teritoriju atjaunošanas pieejas pamatojums, balstoties uz pieredzi Latvijā un pasaulē; izvērtēta pamesto teritoriju un objektu situācija Kundziņsalas un Voleru apkaimē; izstrādāti priekšlikumi pamesto teritoriju atjaunošanai Kundziņsalas un Voleru apkaimē. Darbā izmantoti 142 literatūras avoti.

Madara Ratkevica. Master's Thesis: Renewal Solutions of Abandoned Territories in Neighborhoods of Kundzinsala and Voleri in Riga City. Riga, 2021. – (113 pages, 62 pictures, 2 appendices). The goal of the Master's Thesis is to study the reasons of abandoned territory formation, possible abandoned territory renewal solutions and to develop renewal proposals for abandoned territories of Kundzinsala and Voleri neighborhoods of Riga. This work consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, proposals, bibliography and appendices. The theoretical framework of the Master's Thesis consists of the first chapter, which provides a theoretical description of abandoned territories and objects, defining abandoned territories and objects, regeneration and its related concepts, it also describes the theoretical aspects of abandoned territories. The second chapter describes the materials and methods as a research concept used in this work. The third chapter describes the situation in Kundzinsala and Voleri neighborhoods, which is based on information and knowledge obtained in fieldwork and interviews. Qualitative research method has been used in this Master's Thesis - analysis of planning documents, review of regeneration examples, fieldwork (site surveys), as well as semi-structured interviews and expert interviews. The fourth chapter presents proposals for the restoration of the abandoned territories of Voleri and Kundzinsala. The tasks set in the master's thesis have been performed: the justification of the approach to the renewal of abandoned territories has been developed, based on the experience in Latvia and in the world; the situation of abandoned territories and objects in neighborhoods of Kundzinsala and Voleri has been evaluated; proposals for the restoration of abandoned territories in the neighborhoods of Kundzinsala and Voleri have been developed. 142 literature sources are used in the work.
